The hem on one dress was done very well,  The hem on the 2nd dress resulted in one side being slightly longer than the other.  The work performed on the top band of the one dress was much less than originally discussed.  I requested that they sew down the border all the way around top of the dress but, instead, it was only partially done - they sewed just a small portion of the front of the dress and then tacked it down at two other points around the dress.  Overall, I think the price paid for this service was excessive and the quality of the work was only just minimally acceptable. Though they were very nice and returned my dresses promptly, I will find somewhere else to have alterations done in the future.

I would rate them highly. I am short and have to get all my pants hemmed. They are very hard working, always pick up things and everything is done on time. They are very nice and I have always had a pleasant experience there.

We have used their services many of times before. They are very good and always able to have things done in a timely manner. They are very friendly and helpful too.
