Response from Rocky Mountain Roof Doctors Inc
First I would like to thank the customer for working with us and for taking the time to post her opinion on Angie’s list. However, to see this review was a little shocking after and e-mail from her on 11/2/11, where I quote her as saying “Don't worry, I won't tell Angie's List about you. Most people figure out eventually that Angie is in it to serve herself too. That's America today.” We strongly encourage our client’s to voice their opinions, good or bad, with regards to our company. I am still working with the customer to ensure a positive resolution to any concerns she may have and sincerely apologize that she is not happy with how her project has progressed. Our number one goal when working with clients is to make sure they are 100 % satisfied with the work we complete on their projects. We believe in maintaining an exceptional level of quality and craftsmanship in our work, and train all of our staff to do the same. There are some misleading statements facts in the review of our company. First, she states that we put down her new roofing system on a wet roof. We did have some moisture the day prior to starting the project, so I personally, as the owner, met my crew on the job site and personally inspected the roof. The roof was 100% dry before, during and after the installation process. I do know delaying the project can be and was frustrating to the client, but it must be done in order to ensure quality of the project. Had the roof been wet, I certainly would have delayed the project until the roof was dry, for the client’s and my protection and to ensure quality. We provide each client a proposal of scope work to be completed and we line out in detail the scope of work to be completed line by line for every project. We encourage the client to ask any questions before signing the proposal into contract, so there are no misunderstandings. In this case we proposed to do the project for $1,575.00 with a down payment of $500.00, leaving a final balance of $1,075.00 to be paid when project was complete. We invoiced for the balance of $1075.00, so we are not sure where she feels she is being charged and additional $75.00 that we will not disclose. If you are reading this, you can be assured we are very proud of our craftsmanship and though we are not perfect, given the opportunity we will try to make "it" right. Our company’s goal is to make sure all clients are always 100% satisfied as it is our reputation on the line. Please take the time to also look at all the past reviews posted on Angie’s list, as we do value our client’s opinions.
