Had a few communication issues in the beginning but we got it sorted out. The wood floors had been hidden underneath carpet for 30+ years. Cristiano + team did a great job of restoring and refinishing. It's like we have brand new floors! Great job guys!

I finished my basement roughly a year ago and just finished a handful of other projects recently. I dealt with many contractors. Christiano is up there with the best of them with his customer service. After the floors were finished, I pointed out a problem that I was not 100% happy with. After they have been paid, he came and fixed the issue. Most contractors would have blew me off. Christiano answered or returned every call or text. His team always showed up when they said they would. Not one person on his team was lazy. Every person showed up and got to work. It was impressive. I am happy with the outcome. Christiano is a stand up guy. He comes through with what he says he will do. I was never nickel and dimed. We agreed on the price and it was all done. I believe the price was more than fair. I'll give out their info every time someone ask or wants wood floors.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Professional, punctual, great scheduling, and costumer-driven! I had an urgent re-molding project needed. Called them and they came in 2 days. They started on time every day. Everybody was so nice. Cristiano is easy to communicate and very professional. They offer competitive prices. Moreover, they treat your house as if it was their own. If I have another flooring project, I will definitely go with them again. We highly recommend them to any friends and family.

Several issues with this company. Principally, we ran out of material, which caused the job to go long; and the company refused to come back and finish it after agreeing. They had offered a credit for mis-measuring or generating too much waste (not clear what the real problem was). After receiving the new material the company refused to finish the job - claiming that they gave us the credit because they weren't going to come back - which wasn't the agreement. Additionally, the team showed up late each day; as they'd been re-prioritized to other jobs - and had us waiting at home for their arrival. The company did nothing to protect the other floors of our house which they were getting very dirty and creating wear. I mentioned this to the owner and his response was that he's not a GC and didn't price protecting our home into the job. I thought it was pretty standard that if you're creating excessive traffic with building materials that you'd cover up white carpet. Express Refinishing sees it differently. The work conducted was nice, but not worth the headaches of dealing with the management of this company - and I then had to hire someone to finish the work. The price seemed reasonable at first, but for an incomplete job, that went longer than planned, and required hiring of another company, it really wasn't worth it. I foolishly paid them before the job was done as I was happy they'd make the credit offer over the material/waste confusion, and they appealed to me that they needed the money to pay the installers. I then found out they didn't pay the installers right away, possibly short paid them, and didn't finish the job. All around worst contractor experience I've ever had.

Express refinishing crew is the best. Best price and highly professional team. Highlight is they do everything that need to get work done like moving furniture, reworking staircase etc. Also crew is punctual showing up for work on time and staying back till work is done. They make sure customer is happy. Impressed and you cant go wrong with this company.
