I went to the store on two different occasions for about 45 minutes each. I was really not sure what I was after but they did have some tables and chairs that you could order with custom colors that I really did like. There is one associate that has been there every time I've gone in, he has big square glasses and he is not really very patient with customers. I was asking him lots of different questions about the shapes and the sizes and the chairs or possible stools to go with the custom tables. We went into the back where they have mostly stools and I found one that I really liked but there was only one so I asked him if he could check and see if there were more at this particular stool. He said that he would go up and check and see if there were more or if they could order more, I decided to follow him up to the front I was about 10 steps behind him. I get up to the front counter where the owner and said associate who had their backs to me, the owner asks the associate what he was doing and he replied "This lady i am working with is such a pain in the a**." Well as you can assume since I followed him up there that I heard the whole conversation. The owner turned and saw me and was falling all over himself to tell me that they could get any stools that I needed just to let them know. I then said no thank you I heard with the associate said and so I'm going to take my pain in the a** somewhere else and shop I am not giving you my business. They proceeded to give me some lame excuse that they have had some difficult customers earlier in the day. Let me just tell you that I was the only person in the store at the time and every time that someone did come in I excused the associate to go help them because I wasn't quite sure what I was going to get. This is not the first time that I've gone in there and gotten poor service. So I would recommend that no one give them their business they have no idea how to treat customers.

They were very helpful. They let us take the samples of the wood home so we could see what would match in our kitchen. They delivered it for free because we lived about 2 miles away.
Description of Work: We ordered a kitchen set from them. They helped us pick out everything for the table and chairs including the style of back & legs, color, padding fabric and size.
