Jason worked around some tight spaces with existing duct work and conduits without me having to make any modifications. Let me paint the downspout/exhaust vent before he attached it to the house. Explained everything well.

By all means, this is the best Radon Mitigation contractor in town. As a real estate agent I had used other companies, to mitigate radon level. Longs Peak was the fastest, cheapest, and has the best customer service.

Jason went above and beyond, installing my system in a non-standard location that resulted in (1) drawing air from the center of the foundation as my radon level was quite high at 27 pCi/l (2) located pipes such that they are barely visible to any common areas inside or outside my home, and (3) located the fan away from common areas outside (so it cannot be heard). He ran the pipe from the mechanical room downstairs, up to the attic, and through the attic out the roof gable, placing the fan up near the roof. Just got results back at 1.4 pCi/l. I couldnt be happier. Jason is also knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. I talked with 2 other contractors who would not do the job as I desired. He cost me a little more, and was worth every penny.
