Steve did a GREAT job and my folks could not be happier. His quality of work was top-notch and my parents are completely satisfied. After receiving Steve's initial estimate (which was very reasonable), my father decided to remove the existing carpeting and padding himself. Steve was fine with this. And when my parents received Steve's final bill, it was several hundred dollars LESS than they expected because Steve did not need to undertake several tasks in his initial estimate. Thanks Steve! We really appreciate all you did and recommend you without reservation.

Steve was professional and easy to work with from the estimate to completion. He was always on time and conscientious about cleaning up. He was very detailed in determining what would be required and provided alternative ways to approach the project. He was prompt in returning calls, thorough in his explanations, and flexible in making changes we requested as we went along. We were completely satisfied with the quality of his work as well the aesthetic appeal. He obviously takes pride in providing quality workmanship and excellent service.

They did electrical, framing, insulation and drywall work. They also replaced the furnace and the water heater. The general contractor was great. He managed the entire process really well and didn't burden us much. He managed all the other contractors well and he had a really good crew. I didn't get to meet all of them. They came in and out. They were willing to do the more interesting and high end places that we had, but they were also willing to cut corners so that they could stay within the budget for us which was great. If need be, then I would hire them in the future as well.

My husband has met with him and he was quite pleased. He has very good references and he seems like a really nice guy so far.

Bathroom was small and outdated with a leaky window in the shower when we bought the house, so we knew we had to remodel it at some point. It became a more urgent project when we noticed damage to the outside of the house underneath the bathroom window. We obtained three estimates and Steve was right in the middle on price. We chose him because we felt he would be the most dependable and easy to work with - we were right. He was always on time, worked straight through to projects completion, and stayed on budget. The entire bathroom was gutted to the studs and everything (except the sink) was replaced. That included new drywall, tile and paint. Also, because the leaky window in the bathroom had damaged the drywall behnd the tile in the shower and the siding on outside of house, the window had to be removed and reset, and new siding had to be installed and painted on outside of house as well. We could not be happier with the results and will use him in the future.

We live out of town, so we did everything over the phone and via email. They were very responsive and sent photos of the finished work so we could see and evaluate the progress and quality of work. We were very satisfied.

I told him what I needed, he drew the plans and reviewed them with me, and then went to work. I am delighted with the results. He's done work for me before, so we never discussed price. I knew without asking that he would give me outstanding service at a fair price.

Steve's work was superb from the beginning. He finished the entire project a week earlier than projected, and at 10% below the original estimate (even though we added extra touches along the way)! Friends and associates who have seen the new addition have remarked about the quality of work and have asked for the name of the contractor. It has been easy and natural for us to want to refer anyone to Steve for the highest integrity and quality of work that he would apply to any job. He's that kind of man. We call him first for any project we desire to undertake.

Steve did a great job managing the sub-contractors and staying on schedule. I'm a teacher and my wife is a stay-at-home mother for our family of 9 (that's right, nine) children. So it was pretty important that we finish the job over the summer before school started and with a minimum of disruption to our family schedule. Steve did a great job accommodating our schedule, and he is the best combination of quality workmanship done in a timely fashion of anyone I've known or worked with. We began with the ceiling, replacement of the old doors and trim, and window replacement. Like many remodel projects, we didn't start out intending to replace the siding, but we realized when started talking about finding new trim for the exterior patch up that the old trim wasn't really worth matching and keeping. One story in particular is a good illustration of Steve's value versus the general market. We had representatives from the James Hardy Company come by the house and give us an estimate on installing their siding since they we're doing a promotion in the Denver area. They quoted us a price of over $17,000 using the primed siding and said it would take a crew about a week to do the job. The regular price would have been in the $25,000 range without the promotion. Steve found the same basic product at a home improvement store and was able to do the whole job himself in 4 days for about $3,500 including labor and materials. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. He also does outstanding cabinet work that we've seen samples of, though we didn't end up replacing cabinets at this point in time. He was fantastic! Always prompt, professional and followed up so nicely even after the job was complete. His estimate for cost and time involved was right on.
