I feel highly under appreciated for our time spent there and I feel as this review is making it sound like we put holes in your grass with a $600 Honda push mower? In reality your Daughter neglected her lawn, there were patches before we came and mowed the lawn. You guys wanted to go with the cheaper option of just mowing it one time. When grass gets over 6 inches long it needs to be mowed in four directions, even when mowed properly it will still just be so weighed down. Like I have said directly, I am sorry for any troubles your family feels"
