ERC is more than just insulation, along with our sister company, Elton R Construction, we are your one resourse for creating a healthy, environmentally friendly home. We are qualified contractors for Energy Smart and Smart Regs programs and Elevations Energy Loans in Boulder County We are registered contractors for Xcel including Home Performance with Energy Star We will be happy to assist you with the rebate paperwork We hold a Class C Contractor's license, therefore we are fully versed in general construction and local building codes We can do several different methods of insulation to reach the proper R-Value We are a Bay Systems accredited spray foam insulation contractor Our team is here to assist you with spray foam or cellulose insulation to create a cozy, environmentally aware home for you and your family.

The job went very well. Adequate insulation was installed in all places. Upon my last minute request, they put spray-foam in just the right places to satisfy the fire-blocking requirement of the local inspector. Now that some cool weather has started, I think I notice a big difference in how warm the basement is. This spray foam is highly insulative with approximately R7/inch, and it seals all air inflitration gaps where it's applied. It gave off an odor for a few days, as ERC said it would, but now I do not smell anything from it at all. ERC did everything to or in excess of my expectation. They were the most cost effective option I had received of three. I would definitely hire them again. The only thing that didn't go according to plan, is they started one day early. No problem there.

Agent surveyed the house, gave me a list of possible jobs and prices for each - like a menu. I selected what I wanted done. Workers were on time and were here for 9 hours. Left a large fan to dry basement.

They came in and did their job - very professional.  Warned me that there was an odor to the product, but did their best to minimize my exposure.  It was an expensive way to insulate, but I do notice a difference in the basement and upstairs.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. The crew was friendly and they did their best to keep the dust level down -- it's a messy job. The house was much warmer in the winter time due to the insulation and the rebates paid for about half so it was a no brainer. I'd say the only complaint is they charge $50 for protective wear (disposable) and the crew was not wearing any special gear. The were super busy during and it was hard to get on the schedule due to the big rebates being offered. I got all the rebates back and Tracy helped with the forms. Would definitely use them again in the future.
