Kevin did a great job in an emergency situation. He was fast, polite, clean and reasonably priced. He is the best plumber I have had the opportunity to work with.

Kevin was very responsive and he returned messages the same day. I think he must be quite busy! We had to reschedule our meeting a couple times - which didn't cause me any inconvenience as I was at the property working most of the time anyway. Kevin was professional the thorough. I'm getting the work done now due to budget, but I would not hesitate to contact Kevin and Rocky Mountain Rooter and Plumbing in the future.

We needed a simple drain clean for our laundry room out to the main line inside the house; maybe a 25-30 ft snaking job. We verbally confirmed with Kevin early in the day that after 1:30 PM we would be home and available. He said someone would call with a time of arrival. We never got that call, not even a courtesy call saying they would be late, or could not make it for that day; nothing! Totally unprofessional.

I invest a great deal of time checking out products before I purchase them and contractors before I hire them. I've been pleased with all my choices except finding the right plumber. This time I selected a Super Service Award winner from Angie's List and I finally found a great plumber! Kevin certainly deserves the award. He was everything I could ask for in a contractor . . . responsive, clean cut, professional, quality work and clean up. I'll never call another plumber. Great choice. I would highly recommend this business.

At first, I assumed my sewer was broken. I have been putting chemicals in my sewer line to get rid of tree roots and etc. I searched for trenchless sewer repair. I had called multiple companies and some told me in the city of Denver says it illegal to run a trenchless sewer line. Rocky Mountain Rooter and Plumbing told me that is not true.  The plumber has to make a case for the consumer to do a trenchless sewer line which is almost half expensive then a regular sewer line. So, Rocky mountain came out ran the router through the sewer to see if they could get water flowing. He reached a point where water began flowing and I had a perfectly running sewer line again which only took 30-40 minutes to get the job done. The price was very reasonable, very prompt, professional, and he was the most knowledgeable about trenchless sewer lines than any other provider I have spoken to about it. I would recommend them to others with very high marks. I am going to use again!

Last week (on 9/11/2013), I had the provider out to do some routine
maintenance on my sewer line, as I have a large Maple tree in my front
yard.  They arrived the next day, were courteous and removed quite a few
tree roots from my sewer line.  Yesterday I woke up to some sewage in
my basement and immediately called them back.  Due to all of the floods
here in Colorado, they are super busy now, but came back first thing
this morning, fixed the problem, CLEANED up the area (which i was
dreading, though it wasn't a large area, maybe 2-3 around the drain in
the floor, AND, didn't charge me as Kevin said it was covered under the
warrantly from last week's work.

Kevin was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly.  He tried simple solutions to our rattling pipes first, to eliminate any obvious problems before he decided he needed to replace the regulator.

Kevin came to house and was very professional and quickly made the necessary repair

It went well. He's very prompt and he calls and does good work. He keeps me informed as to what is going on and tells me the results. I have used him before and he is top notch.

I'm very pleased with Kevin and his service. Late day emergency, sewage
flooded basement. I called and he said," I'll be right there".
He showed up in 10 minutes. That's right 10 minutes. Quick and efficient he
unclogged our main drain. He cleaned up, was very personable and
friendly. then gave us what I considered a very reasonable charge for
his services. No hocus pocus, no "you need your main drain replaced"
just straight up honest and reasonable!

Kevin came as promptly as possible, fixed the problem, lert things clean.  Job done and charged less than the going rate by about $25.00.  Thank you. 

I have used many different plumbers in the past, as my house is 70+ yrs old.  Kevin is by far the best.  I called him to root out my sewer pipe.  He was able to come out promptly, and had the job done quickly.  I talked to him about installing a clean-out port for the sewer main in my yard, so that in the future, root cleaning would not involve removing the toilet and could be done completely outside the house.  He gave me a fair quote, and 2 days later the job was done.  Everything was on schedule, as promised.  He is a very fast, thorough professional.

Had an emergency sewer break, and these guys were the only ones who would even consider working on it on short notice. They came out that same day and despite finding two additional fairly serious problems, had everything up and running really quickly. Highly recommended.

Under the circumstances a good job.  Denver H2O dept. had to come & shutoff water @ meter (hard to access the older shutoff), so there was a little delay.  Luckily, water dept. was successful!  We decided to install a new style yoke & all went well with that.  Job took most of the day, and the guys went at a steady pace.  My only disappointment was the larger than I imagined pile of dirt left in the front yard.  I liked that Kevin did the work, from start to finish & there were no surprises when it came time to settle up.

I used them this week for a stopped up toilet. Rocky Mountain Rooter And Plumbing are responsive, available and I haven't had any issues since they fixed the problem. I would give them an A rating and will use them again.

He fixed both problems quickly and he knew what he was doing. The price was fair but it was certainly more than we were hoping to pay. It included parts replacement. We would certainly use them again.
