David does excellent work. I recently hired him to help with an HVAC issue that no other company was willing to do. David was knowledgeable, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping to solve my problem. He explained the solution and ordered needed parts to get the job done. He kept me updated throughout the process. David does a great job at a very fair price and I highly recommend him to others needing HVAC solutions!

Technician did not finish the job. He said he was going to consult someone to figure out what the issue was with our AC, and that he would call us back. We never heard from him despite having paid him already. We could not call him since he did not leave a business card(probably on purpose). It turns out he messed up my AC unit and I have to buy a new one.

"I am sorry for your inconvenience John, I spoke with you over the phone twice and only charged you for my visit. I also told you that you needed a new A.C. and that I would call the manufacturer of the existing AC for more info. but the equipment is over 15 years old, with no maintenance and needed replacement. You have my number, but never called me. Your wife had my estimated price for a new replacement but I never heard back until now. Are you sure you have the right technician?"

Said the issue was fixed, but the leak is still occurring. Tried to contact after service, but has not responded or come back.
