Arrived in the morning, gave me a fair estimate, and was completely done by the end of the day. My old water heater was from 1988 but it was clearly not installed to code even then. Alex clearly explained all the work that had to be done for the work to be up to code and how that work factored into the cost. Other competitors estimates did not. He was dead on with his estimate, both time and price. He did such a great job that I’m confident I won’t need to hire him again. The new instillation should last for years.

Alex was very professional and did a top quality install of our new water heater. He worked late into the evening and followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. We would highly recommend this company and especially Alex.

Alex, responded to my request to replace a water tank that was nocking loudly all night. He checked the system and found that the problem was the expension tank. We were so pleased with the job that we hired him to replace our toilet (which has been giving us issues since moving in to the house) and he was able to replace the toilet the same day just in time for a birthday party the following day. I had exceptional service today from Alex with WHE Plumbing. He did maintenance for the water heater and installed a new anode rod, and replaced a leaky bathtub faucet. I had a lot of questions and he answered everything and explained what he was doing. I was really pleased with the cost and value- I’ll absolutely call WHE the next time I need any plumbing done.

We had several jobs we wanted completed in 1 visit. We needed our kitchen faucet replaced, we needed our master shower caulked, and we had a big job in our 1/2 bath to take out the original pedestal sink and replace it with a 3-drawer base and custom vessel. The job was quoted and we thought the price was fair. Alex and his team were there the next day to do the work. He brought enough help to complete the job in 1 day. His team went above and beyond our expectations. They truly wanted us to be completely happy with the job they did. The 3-drawer base needed some custom carpentry work to make the drawers usable and they did a fantastic job. They installed the vessel and faucet that were all custom to a professional quality that we were extremely happy with. They even installed our new mirror. We highly recommend Alex and his team for any job you may have...small or large. In addition, Alex is very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. Thank you WHE for the wonderful job you did.
