They did a great job repairing chips in two windshields. It's been two years since the repair and they are not cracking.

When they replaced my windshield, they did not screw the wipers back on correctly. It rained the next evening and I discovered, when trying to drive home in the rain, that my wipers were not working - they were sticking together, so they could not function. Fortunately, I was able to pull over and disable the wiper on the passenger side so the driver's side wiper could move correctly. I called them the next day and they were able to fit me in immediately to fix the problem tey had caused. However, I feel that their mistake had put me in a potentially very dangerous situation, which is I feel is basically unforgivable.

They reattached the wipers incorrectly, which I found out the next day during the rain. I was able to get home safely, but I was very angry because a nonfunctional windshield wiper is very dangerous. They did make an appointment to remount the wipers the next day after I called them; however, I feel that this kind of mistake is unforgivable.
