Had my driveway installed on November 2, 2023. Since that time I have had problems with cracking in my driveway. Sent several emails to R and T to fix the problem. They came out in March of 2024 and applied a sealer but it did not work. I had to purchase a sealer and apply it myself. Sealer is holding but for how long ? R and T has not been out since March 2024.

We have used Nieves and his team for two very large concrete patio projects. Team is fast and efficient, thorough, meticulous in measuring layout, slope, water drainage and clean up when they are all done. Highly recommend!

R&T were very professional from the quote until finishing the driveway, Would recommend them to anyone needing concrete work done.

Mr. Nieves misled me on the initial phone call to believe the job would be done within the week before the first snow. When he arrived he tried to rush my decision on how much concrete walkway I wanted by asking me where my husband was and that we should wait for him to see what he wanted. I reminded him that I hired him and this is my request. He then took my deposit only to then reveal to me that they are booked a month out. We are reaching that Nov 4th month timeline and Mr Nieves has not replied to any of my emails since then nor has he or anyone in his company contacted me regarding the job. It is snowing again and I have to walk through mud again. I believe he took my money with no respect towards me and no intention to either do the job on time or at all.

R&T were able to get the job done by date specified in contract even with unexpected weather. Would definitely recommend.

Nieves was helpful with design and the actual concrete work but as far as meeting deadlines, providing work as promised, communication, and timeliness, he was less than satisfactory.

They were great at communicating and returning calls until we gave them a deposit. After they received our deposit for a patio they would not return calls, text or email. Took several weeks to finally talk to them and the job date kept getting pushed out without any communication. Twice they did not show up when they were scheduled to complete the work. Once they finally started the job it was scheduled to take 2 days do to our work schedules and it took 3. The day the concrete was supposed to be poured 1 guys came out and prepped the wire and left and no one ever came back and never received a call from the owner. It took over half the day for him to call me back and say that the concrete truck he was supposed to get for my job was cancelled and he was going to try to get another that day and he would call me back. He never called back and his crew finally came out the next day and poured the patio. After the patio was poured and I got home from work I noticed that his crew had crushed two of my down spouts and had taken several pieces or lumber from my back yard. He called me a day or two later and said he would bring the lumber back which he did. I had him look at the patio because it appeared to be slopping toward a corner of my has and addition pop out. He stated it was OK because water slowly ran away from the house and he said he would replace the damaged down spots which are painted to match the house. He never returned to replace the downspouts, he would not return any calls or text messages, after cleaning the mess that his crew left out side I found that there was concrete splatter on my sliding glass door and I had to touch up paint the siding on my house from all the scratched up areas they cause. There was numerous pieces and puddles of left over concrete spread through my grass in the back yard and I later discovered a lot of hardened concrete around the base of a tree in my front yard that covered about 1/3 of the base ring of my tree which in turn began to die over the summer. Within a couple of weeks the patio developed a small crack several feet in length. There was a large amount of dirt that began to fall out from behind the top step that meets up to my back door. The raised sides of the patio are upwards of 26" in height and are clearly not straight, they are wavy and leaning inward. Overall I am very displeased with the quality of work, lack of communication, and the lack of follow through to fix problems with their work. Overall I highly recommend not going with this company for any concrete work.

Nevies and crew were the most professional group of contractors I have worked with ever and I have had many projects completed in the past few years. He always kept me informed of all ongoing actions. He suggested several improvements we never though of. If I have future concrete worked to be completed I won't even consider anybody else for the work.

Got a new porch and patio. Looks great.

They came out and did the work and I didn't even need to be there

I had the floor in my garage replaced due to sinking. The job was done on time on budget, and with exceptional attention to detail. Nieves was professional, and true to his word on timing, and bid. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and hammered out the old floor, prepped the ground with road base, thoroughly tamped the soil down, adding lateral rebar and pig wire to ensure the floor did not sink again. They cleaned up behind themselves, and the work was all completed within the same day. I Have already recommended them to friends.

NIEVES IS THE BEST, HE DOES EVERYTHING HE PROMISED AND FINISHED THE JOB BEFORE HE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE,I HAD A SMALL JOB DONE AND HE TREATED US LIKE WE HAD A BIG JOB. I WILL BE CALLING HIM AGAIN FOR ALL OF OUR CEMENT WORK. ITS HARD THESE DAYS TO FIND SOMEONE TRUST WORTHY AND RELIABLE.

I contacted 3 contractors about this project and only R & T replied with an estimate. The job was done quickly and professionally. It looks great. Would advise R & T to anyone.

Very impressed

Scheduling was not what I expected, partly due to the weather, and I would have liked there to be some communication from the company with regard to the matter, instead of my having to contact them periodically for an update. The work itself was excellent.

I was very impressed with the overall experience. The weather played a bit of havoc on our timing however, once we got gong, the end result was exactly as promised. We had our entry and deck replaced with decorative concrete. The stamp effect was done perfectly and the coloring is beautiful. I would highly recommend R & T and have done so many times with other's loving their results as well.

Concrete work is over priced but the price I paid was ok compared to the other bid I had. Good customer service.

This company is awesome! The owner Nieves is the nicest man! As a single woman I recommend his service. His workers were very polite, and did a great job! R&T Concrete redid my whole back yard, from concrete stamped patio, grass, rock & new fence. They also put in a whole new 3 car garage drive way. I LOVE my home. Thank You R&T Concrete!
