In order to do this review justice I have to post before and after pictures. The before pictures are what my bathroom originally looked like when I purchased my home in 2020. In 2022, my dad and I (mainly my dad ) attempted to remodel my bathroom using good old YouTube university tutorials. And needless to say it wasnâ t bad but since neither of us knew what weâ re doing, but I needed professionals! Alhumdulilah for Ivan and Amanda, such a beautiful couple really showed up and showed out on this remodel. The original plan was to remodel the bathroom as the original floor plan. But Amanda being as enthusiastic as she is insisted on knocking down the wall down and making the bathroom larger! Obviously, what women would not want a bigger bathroom?! Ivan did an incredible job closing the wall from my bedroom to my bathroom. I am still amazed that you cannot even tell that there used to be a bathroom door and a vanity in my bedroom. They moved the plumbing, updated the electrical outlets, the tiling is damn near perfect! My bathroom is actually up to code! (Another story for an another day lol) I cannot stop bragging to friends and family about how talented they are! This project took a total of 6.5/weeks. I appreciated that they kept me updated on the project progress, what was going to be completed during the week and in the weeks to come. They such a blast to work with! I was actually bummed when the project was over because I was use to seeing them. But no worries I have other projects that will keep them around and busy! Oh, also they are reasonable priced, let me tell you these other contractors tried it! Love you Ivan and Amanda ya are absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for helping my vision for this bathroom come to life!

We had the pleasure of working with Amanda and Ivan this summer while we remodeled two bathrooms (master, secondary). I am a planner and I like to have a target schedule, while understanding things will likely not go to plan. Before we started demo, they laid out a plan of attack and discussed timelines. Each day, theyâ d tell us what they were going to work on, then what they accomplished and how they were going to adjust the next dayâ s plan. I never had to ask and feel like a burden or pushy like I have with past contractors. Amanda and Ivan worked hard and stayed late to complete the job. They were considerate, conscious of our house and our time. Their work was of high quality and never overlooked the smallest of details. When we encountered obstacles, they communicated with us why it had to be addressed, cost changes, and schedule impact as soon as it was discovered. They recommended options that werenâ t quicker or easier for them, but what was best for us long term. Within 2 weeks, we were ~90% complete on both bathrooms when the project came to a halt due to damaged vanities. It took six weeks, multiple purchases of vanities (8 total), changing of vendors (do not purchase vanities from Home Depot!) before we were able to finish the project. Throughout the six weeks, while they were not seeing us daily, they continued to communicate frequently, made time in their schedule as soon as a vanity was available, and made too many trips to return the damaged product. They remained positive throughout the project and we never questioned their commitment to the project. I highly recommend Amanda and Ivan for any project and look forward to working with them in the future.

Very friendly service.. Easy to communicate with on text and phone. I knew exactly when they would be coming by the house, if times changed they would communicate in a timely fashion. Excellent work on fireplace, cleaned my gutters while they were on my rooftop. Cleared the cracks on my ceiling also. Beautifully repainted and textured ceiling to match rest of ceiling. Very satisfied with work done. I want to do more projects with them in the near future!

Reynolds Remodeling was a joy to work with. Ivan and Amanda completely finished our 800 square foot basement this spring and they were caring, thorough, and professional. At each stage of the project (which included drywall, adding a bathroom, creating several rooms, three types of flooring, a window well, and more), they were calm and kept us appraised of updates and what we needed to do. They helped with decisions as necessary and answered questions patiently. We also had to travel a few times during the project, and they took great care with our instructions to lock a rather complicated door and keep the house secure. They were willing to stay late several times to keep the project moving forward but also rearranged their schedules around us when we weren't able to do certain days or times. At the end of the project they were thorough and communicative to ensure they were meeting our desires in all the little finishes and details. We would highly recommend Reynolds Remodeling and Renovations!

I had the pleasure of having lvan and Amanda remodel my master bathroom a couple of years ago. My bathroom was not only outdated, but lvan and Amanda found a pipe that was not properly in place and it could have caused a major water leak, if it was not fixed soon. They both were extremely hard working, easy to communicate with and they pay attention to every detail. They were kind and polite. They are committed to quality craftsmanship. Not only did it meet my satisfaction, but it met theirs. They were always prepared and ready to complete the job and efficiently managed time and tasks, while being problem solving, as well as completing the job with precision. I was stunned by the final product of my bathroom. They got my bathroom completed in a timely manner I was very happy with the results. I am planning to hire them for future projects. I highly suggest going to lvan and Amanda!

The Reynolds recently remodeled our bathroom and we could not be happier with the end results! We have one single bathroom in our condo and it was very obvious that aside from the toilet and the floors, it had not been updated in at least 20 years. I am very particular about what I like and I had a vision for this space so I was very grateful that Amanda allowed me to be part of the create process while also being very informative on what would work and what might not be the best fit for our space. It is clear that both Amanda and Ivan are knowledgeable and passionate about their work. We had some delays due to normal construction scenarios (like the tub being chipped), but they jumped to finding solutions quickly and Ivan worked extra hours to get our only functional bathroom up and running. We're extremely grateful for their determination to both satisfy us as clients AND produce quality work. Price wise, Reynolds Remodeling is fair/reasonable and transparent as to what the job will cost. Although realistically we have to wait some time before our next project, I'm already planning to get this awesome team back in our house to continue to make it beautiful!
