My furnace began acting up the morning I had to leave town for a three-week trip (mid - Dec, to first week of Jan) I called Adrian while I was in TX. He came to my home that same evening while I was still gone to investigate the problem. He was knowledgeable and honest with me. It turned out to be a minor issue. He could have taken advantage of the fact I was not there but did not. I happily paid the invoice when he was done. I came back to a warm home feeling like I found a solid business to work with. Extremely fast and efficient. They were contacted by Ecobee to install a new Ecobee Smart in our home. They were contacted by Ecobee on a Sunday, called within two hours, came the next day as scheduled, texted ahead of time to let us know they were coming, and then checkout and paying the invoice was all super easy and efficient and online. Plus the service was quite good, Adrian was quite friendly and nice, and the install went very smoothly - all happened within a very short time frame. And the price for the service was very good.

Very professional and nice

Adrian did my swamp cooler turn on in the spring and based on the service performed I hired him to do the winterizing. He was quick to schedule and very thorough. He warrantees his work for a year and will come out if I suspect any kind of problem. The price was reasonable and I feel comforted that he will stand behind any issue that arises with my Breezaire cooler. He even gave me hints of how to keep my cooler from moldy smell recommending clean water tablets which after I purchased he came out and put them in my roof cooler free of charge. That is service I am appreciative for. Communication is high tech and prompt with invoices and receipts, Will definitely hire again including furnace maintenance. He's a keeper.
