We specialize in Roof Replacement & Repairs, Seamless Rain Gutter systems, LP Siding, Window Installation & Painting. We are GAF certified, specialize in asphalt shingles with a multitude of options for complete roofing systems. We offer a complete line of gutter systems to include 5” and 6” K style, 6” half-round, rain chains and leaf protection with up to a lifetime no clog warranty. Roofing and Gutters are an extremely important part of your home for both aesthetic and functional reasons. We work with the homeowner to come up with the solutions to effectively channel the rain water away from the structure to avoid fascia rot and foundation cracking. They responded quickly to my email inquiry and my phone call to request a quote. Tamara was a delight to work with. Jesse answered his phone which was great!! Important to be able to talk to people versus a voice msg.. I had called other companies and noone answered the phone or responded to voice messages left requesting a call and a quote. Monumental Construction did great work and was wonderful to work with.

Our gutters were in a bad shape. Monumental fixed them very quickly and they did a very good quality job. This company is very easy to deal with, very professional and responsive, the communication is perfect. Their prices are very reasonable. Stop shopping! You will not find finer gutter team than Monument Construction. I am very happy with their workmanship and professionalism. They were responsive courteous, prompt, and responsive. The installer Josh was fantastic and accommodating somewhat a difficult customer. But more importantly He did a first rate job. My main communications with Tamara was so smooth, and she coordinated the job effectively and efficiently. Yes, I will hire them on my next guttor job.

Dan completed both the gutter work and the framing work very well. The framing job was rather complex to work around existing furnace ductwork, electrical, gas and water lines and all kinds of other challenges. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and working to keep my existing finish such as carpets, walls and other areas in good shape so I did not have to complete a whole redo of the area. Dan and his team were very professional and polite in completing their work.
