Best decision to have them do the one time clean. I then hired them to clean every two weeks and I couldn't be happier. The ladies are wonderful.

Friendly office contact and thorough discussion of what we wanted done, but it seems that there was a lack of communication or understanding by the ladies who completed the work. We moved out of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and wanted a move-out cleaning since we have a newborn and no time to do it ourselves. We asked for the bathrooms, kitchen and vacuuming to be a priority in case they couldn?t do everything within the 2.5 hour allotted time. Maids were on time, took 2.5 hours (and left early claiming to be done with everything), yet we had to go back and clean bathrooms and kitchen again because it was not done well. One maid was working hard the whole time while the other worked slowly and both not very detailed. Way overpriced for the quality of service. Very frustrated that we are having to go back and clean over what they did. Maids should be watched over the whole time while there, but we were not expecting to have to do that since they should be a professional service who cleans. When maids left, they requested a Google review so that they could potentially get a bonus. The quality of work should speak for you, nothing else!

Very thorough Cleaned up home after massive drywall work. Dust everywhere, oven, fridge, sink, bedrooms. End result was fantastic.

These ladies did a terrific job cleaning a vacant, dirty home, getting it ready for my move-in. Highly recommend!

They were very thorough

This was a tough cleaning job of a rental unit after bad tenants moved out. Not everything was on the cleaning list. For example the carpet did not have to be cleaned as it was going to be replaced. Two notable items were the fridge and stove - these looked like lost causes but they got them very clean and presentable. The hard floors were so dirty that the pattern was invisible but they got them presentable too. Same with sinks, counters and the like. This was a five hour job. The price is a little high, $75 an hour, which drops the value a little, but is stated in advance.
