The technician ran into a problem on the job that was scheduled earlier the same day my job was scheduled and the office called to let me know so we could reschedule. Because of this inconvenience, they gave me a discount on the job. Josh was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He patiently explained everything. My house is old and I was concerned about the wiring. He discovered outlets that were 3-prong, but no grounding wire attached. Now we're up to code and have some peace of mind. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that it's only been a few days since the work was done and I'd like to see how it works out over time. Also, I find only a 6 month guarantee for electrical work a little unnerving.

Called right away. Did very good work. We had one problem and he came right back and fixed it with no additional charges. Very nice people and they were very prompt.

Excellent work and great communication. Armond did a great job upgrading the main electrical panel and running a sub-panel to the basement for a remodel project. Will definitely recommend and use JM in the future.

Jim was excellent! He called to let us know how his schedule was going and when he would be here. He made great suggestions for how we could improve our lighting. He worked very clean and quickly. He was also very nice to our dogs :-) Thanks Jim, we're very happy with our lighting improvements!

JM Electric called and set up an appointment that they kept the next day, that's a big step by itself since several others I talked to never called back or didn't keep their appointment. Service and scheduling is great. I had a 30 amp circuit that was cut in window installation that had to be replaced. The electrician did a nice job and offered options for how to accomplish the work. I didn't like the way nothing was labeled on the box after other circuits were moved around to make room. We already had a circuit for the dryer so I don't understand why a new breaker was installed and everything moved around. Overall, they got the job done and the circuit was operational.

Excellent experience - Able to come out next morning and install the switch we needed before a trip. Explained the process the whole way - very knowledgeable, quick and professional. Got quotes for another project were saving up for now. Thank you for the wonderful service we will use them again.
