They do a very thorough job that was well done.

Initially, they were supposed to arrive around 5:30 pm, we waited until 7 pm and they never showed. I called the next day, concerned. She stated that she had forgotten our appointment. There were issues with timeliness. The first time she came out to give me the estimate, she ran her hand over my counter top and stated it needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. I advised it couldn?t be that dirty, it had just been installed a few weeks ago. She pointed out a cob web that was behind a plant and it remained there after they were finished cleaning. My wooden shutters had fell to the ground while she was cleaning them?. This happened twice. She never took responsibility for the blinds and advised we needed to hire a handyman to fix them. She had pulled the shutters from the middle, which resulted in them falling off the track. She was very quick to point out things that were dusty, or needed attention? we would not have hired a cleaning service if our house was spotless. With that being said, I take care of my house and feel it was very tacky of her to point out things, if it needed attention, she just should have cleaned it. She had laid a wet rag on my dresser and it left a white spot. I also had given her a key, but when the cleaning ladies came the first time, they left the key in the entryway and left my house unlocked. The second time I had the cleaning done, it was her that came to clean and she stated she understood why I was not satisfied with the first cleaning and that it was probably because she herself had not been the one cleaning my house. I told her that you couldn?t even tell they had been here. At one point I asked her to remake the guest bed, and when I looked I noticed they had thrown the blankets in the corner of the room. She stated that the other maid was from Africa and didn?t know we needed blankets in Colorado. I was advised of a senior discount that I never received. Also, my kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are not that hard to clean. Ultimately, I have come to feel that this service is just too exhausting, tiring, time consuming and too expensive to deal with any further.

Leila Kouadio set an appointment with us for today, July 28, 2016, at 1:00pm to give us a price for every other week house cleaning.  We got an e-mail verifying the appointment and time. We waited for 40 minutes past the time she was to be here and she was a no-show nor did we get a phone call to re-schedule or explain where she was.  I was, obviously, not impressed and will not use her or recommend her to anyone.

I have been using Leila's Blue Bucket cleaning service for about 9 months now. She has a great team and I am very happy with these sweet hardworking ladies! Leila is very responsive and takes care of any special requests I have. If there is a problem, she makes sure it is corrected and she is always open to suggestions. The cleaning quality has been detailed and thorough. The first time she came to my home for the initial deep cleaning, she found $180 dollars that I had long ago stashed in a book shelf (and forgotten) - and she returned it to me! This shows you the integrity she works by. I would highly recommend Blue Bucket!!

Two ladies were at my home all day and cleaned every square inch with the utmost care. They stopped only for a 15 minute lunch break and began again. They even cleaned the windows and the floors were cleaned by hand. I couldn't be more pleased about the work from Blue Bucket Cleaning and will use them on a regular basis. I would recommend them to every one, no matter what your cleaning needs are.

This service was amazing! I was so embarrassed to show anyone my house but after Leila's superhero crew came in to destroy the evil forces of dirt I've scheduled my first social event in my CLEAN ABODE! Definitely recommended by us!

With both of us working and with four young kids, our house was very "lived in." Leila and her team came in and did a fantastic job of cleaning and organizing. This place feels like a whole new house; it would have taken us days (and a lot of stress) to clean to this level. We made an excellent decision by going with Blue Bucket.

I have used Leila's team twice now.  First her team did a deep clean for me after we moved into a new home.  Then her team came back a month later for a regular clean.  Leila is very responsive and works hard to fit everyone into the schedule at a time convenient for the client.  She and her team did a great job with both cleanings.  Leila is always checking to make sure that nothing was missed and if there is anything her team needs to do better.  I appreciate her attention to detail and her follow-up to ensure the customer is happy.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the great job Leila and her crew did.  Leila stayed in contact with me via text messages as we had to reschedule once due to a snow storm.  They showed up when they said they would, they cleaned every room in our home and were done in a little over 5 hours.

Over the years we have had several companies and individuals clean for us.  Blue Bucket is head and shoulders above and better than anyone we have used in the past.

Leila and her team were wonderful!  Could not ask for better cleaning job, they pay attention to what you ask for and go above and behond to achieve it!  I had a deep cleaning and WOW do the deliver! They can do as deep as you want to go and take the time to do a great job! 

Leila and her team did an amazing job of getting the apartment ready for our move-out inspection. The entire place looked brand new again and even some of the bathroom tile that I thought would have to be replaced, looked as if they had just been put in. The did an excellent job and I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anybody looking to have their place cleaned.

In a word, phenomenal. Leila bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule, as we had guests arriving. Her customer service is incredible; she and her team are very thorough and pleasant to work with. Leila first came to our house for an initial consultation to determine our needs, then a deep clean to be followed by regular cleaning. The deep cleaning was wonderful - they didn’t miss a thing and Leila walked through the house with me at the end to see the results. Fantastic work. I highly, highly recommend Blue Bucket Cleaning!

I initially called her on Friday, March 11 and she asked me to text her my information so that she could contact me to schedule to get an estimate. She did not call for a couple of days when she had originally said she would call the next day. She finally called me on Thursday or Friday the 18th of March to schedule the estimate. We scheduled for that Saturday. It was scheduled for 9a. She never showed up. She did not call. When it was about 30 minutes late I called and texted her to see if she was still coming. When I finally got a response a couple of hours later she said she had gone to church and forgotten her phone. She said she could still come within a half hour. When she finally came it was 4 or 5 hours after the time that we were originally scheduled to meet. She walked around the house showing me dust, which I felt was a little rude considering this is why I was hiring her. I felt the estimate was pricey. She said she would give me $25 off  of the normal $350 rate because of the scheduling issues. I went ahead and scheduled with her. The original day we scheduled for I ended up being sick. I texted her right away at 5:30a to reschedule. She did not text me back that she received the message until 7:35a, which made me concerned she was still going to show up. She tried to accommodate me, but she just kept changing things. She finally said she could come today at 9:30a. At 7:30a this morning she text me asking if she could come at 12p. I was very upset that she had to yet again reschedule with me. I felt it was incredibly unprofessional. She should not be changing everyones schedules every time to try to fit everyone in the same day. This was the week that I had set aside to catch up on all these things and this was just added stress that I did not need. 

Leila is really fantastic!  Even though her schedule was already full, she worked really hard to make time for this new client in her schedule.  
She arrived spot-on time and went over everything she was going to do.  Where I saw "acceptable", she saw dirty (or worse!). She and her crew were very friendly and extremely efficient.  
But mainly, they worked really hard - I was exhausted just watching them work.  

The real question though, is how effective were they.  They were extremely effective.  All hyperbole aside, the refrigerator & inside of the stove looked brand new, the bathrooms looked hotel clean and the laundry room floor was completely rejuvenated (it's probably 40+ years old!).   They didn't mop it, they were on their knees scrubbing it.
They even cleaned inside the medicine  chests - I would have never thought about that.  

I was so happy with their work (and with them - they're really nice people) that I offered all my tenants that I will pay half of the cost if they sign up for their monthly cleaning service (which is much less than this one time cleaning).  As I see it, it's a fairly small amount of money to ensure my rental properties stay clean and in good repair.  Maintenance is cheaper than repair.

Now I just need to get my own house clean enough for them to have them over and really make it super clean!

Leila and company are extremely professional.  They always leave our house spotless.  Cares very much about how the work is performed with herself and her workers.  Works very hard and takes pride in their work.  We don't see that very much any more in any service we hire.  Blue Bucket Cleaning is one of a kind.  Highly recommend!

Leila and her crew are the kind of business you hold onto tight. As I was preparing my home for listing, Leila arrived to offer a consultation. As she surveyed the house, she caught things that I hadn't noticed in my 3 years living here. She assured me several times that they would take care of this, that, and everything between. I'd read her reviews, and knew that everyone raves about her and her crew, but I must admit, I was somewhat skeptical in the back of my mind...

When three of them arrived the next day, they immediately got to work. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how hard these three women worked to bring out the best in my home. I'd had several Realtors in who'd priced my house within a certain range - prior to the cleaning. I had one last Realtor give her opinion after the cleaning had been done - at $12,000 higher. Talk about a Return on Investment! Anyway, I had some moments of shame over the disgusting nature of my home, and Leila never judged. She assured me several times that they'd take care of it all. Imagine this: prior to the cleaning, I'd thought I'd have to re-paint my doors and baseboards to make them look presentable. No need after they took care of it! I thought I'd have to have the tile floors re-grouted. No need after they took care of it!

Leila walks the house with you at the end of the service, making sure there's no spots missed. When she caught one are that had been overlooked, she had it taken care of immediately. She and her crew treated my house as if it were their own homes. The commitment to quality was 120% evident, and MUCH appreciated.

My only regret is that I can't pack them up in a box and take them with me when I move.

Leila and team are great. We had them do a full house deep cleaning and will be signing on for ongoing monthly cleaning. They are professional and very detailed. Leila is communicative and it's easy to schedule. I would recommend them!

Leila is very thorough when she cleans my house. She is reasonably priced and reliable. She maintains good communication asking each time of areas they may have missed or need more focused attention. She is very trust worthy. I would recommend her to anyone.

In all ways, they are great! Truly professional, but easy going and fun. I've gotten to the point, where I look forward to them coming, not only because they do such a great job on my house, but because they are good people! Leila always asks me what I would like her and her helper to focus on, if I need something specific done, but they always take care of the basics. She is even learning how to take care of my vintage cookstove, which I still use. That's impressive in and of itself. She is great at texting me when she is on her way, and letting me know if she is held up somewhere and how long she will be. As I've said earlier - great in every way! I intend to keep availing myself of Blue Bucket's services for a long time to come.

I called Leila to speak with her about making an appointment for cleaning. She respectfully told me that she was in a client's house and would call me back. She did so, in a very reasonable amount of time, and before any of the other cleaning services responded. I asked for an appointment (on a Thursday) for as soon as possible but she only had the following Tuesday open so I chose that date. On Friday, she texted me and let me know that there was a cancellation and a spot had opened up on Monday. Even though I didn't change my appointment, I was grateful for the courtesy shown and the option given. Leila was about 20 minutes late but texted ahead of time to inform me of the delay. She stated that for a first time clean, it would be $125.00 but if we had monthly cleanings, it would be easier to maintain and only cost $100.00 (for two people, for two hours!). She toured the house with me and showed me what she was cleaning and how I would benefit from a deep clean. After three hours, my house was spotless. We took a tour again to assure my satisfaction and I don't remember seeing my bathroom cleaner! The house looked amazing and when she was done, she did not ask me to compensate her for the additional time spent but I did and tipped her too. I have a deep cleaning coming up next month and regular cleanings for as long as she is in business. What fabulous people! I was truly impressed. Ali

The first housecleaning went great.  As stated, Leila cleaned in areas that have never been addressed by other services.  Since the first initial cleaning, we have maintained the service, and plan to continue.  Blue Bucket is the most professional housecleaning service I have ever encountered.  They are always punctual, and if late, there is always communication. 

She stayed until the job was complete. We are very pleased with the work that was done. We will use her services again.
