Anything In Wood

This was the second time I've hired the guys to do work in our home. They built a beautiful railing and installed spindles last time, and this time they removed old spindles and installed new ones. They were clear about pricing, communicative and punctual throughout the process, and worked with me when some unforeseen circumstances arose. Very professional, cleaned up afterwards, and overall good to work with. I would definitely recommend them and we'll be working with them again in the future if needed.

Ben and Chris did a good job removing the old railing and blisters and installing the new ones. They worked with my awkward schedule to get the job done. Very nice young men with positive attitudes.

Really outstanding work by Michael, and his crew Ben and Chris, in rebuilding our curved custom stairwell. From the initial consultation through to the finish, Michael was consistent, reliable and responsive in messaging and follow up. Though not acting formally as a contractor, he substantially aided in coordination with the needed additional vendors providing custom carpentry and hardwood finishing. It's a much bigger and more complex project than I'd originally have thought (and priced to match--though price wasn't at all out of line with other bids)--but executed expertly by Anything in Wood.

Michael, Ben and Chris were nothing short of amazing! We are glad that we hired them to replace our existing staircase hand rails! Everything looks great and they did a fantastic job! They were on top it and never left us questioning anything! They even helped us out with a difficult painter we hired to stain the wood! I would recommend them to anyone looking for new stair case hand rails and so forth!

We had our stairs remodeled. A half wall was taken down and railing and iron spindles were installed. Chris and Ben did an excellent job. They worked hard, were knowledgeable, listened to my needs and were very pleasant. Michael assisted with a tricky part in the remodel and was also exceptional. I would highly recommend Michael and his team. A joy to work with and reasonably priced as well.

Michael, Chris, and Ben were all amazing. I hired them to install railing and balusters in my stairwell - on the wall and in an open space of wall. Customer service was great, attention to detail in the work, responsive to my requests, explained things, cleaned up after themselves, and even did a last minute tweak I requested on the finished product. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

I had quotes from other companies that were extremely high for what I wanted done. They just wanted to replace the whole staircase! We had a terrific experience with Michael and his helpers, Chris & Ben. Michael answered all of our questions and provided great advice. He let us know how the project would evolve and was attentive to our questions. We had our wood stair railings and balusters removed and replaced. The long railing is curved and pitched and the new one came out perfectly. When you enter our house now you see a very impressive stair case. Thanks Michael!
