PROS: The owner was easily reached, very responsive, and wanted to make sure everything was done right. The results of the work were excellent. The team leader was very skilled and worked quickly. All debris was removed and the ground areas were left in excellent condition. The bid for the work was significantly less than other bids. When we asked him, the owner came to our home to view our concerns and he also talked with the team leader. CONS: We were not notified that they would be arriving late, because they needed to complete an emergency tree removal. We only found out about the delay when we called to see why they hadn't arrived. The team leader did not want to remove one of the trees because he didn't have enough room for the debris in the truck that collected the wood chips. We had to call the owner before he agreed to comply. The team leader allowed several large branches to fall onto the roof. Then the branches were dragged from the back of the roof to the front of the roof to be discarded. While removing part of one tree, the team leader braced his feet against the top of our aging 6-foot privacy fence. This resulted in two of the fence panels separating. When we pointed it out, the owner had them repair the fence. The team leader was difficult to talk with and seemed unapproachable. Overall, we are happy with the tree removal and the pruning of the deadwood. If we hadn't been home to observe the branches falling on the roof and the man standing on the fence, we probably would have been completely happy. Unfortunately, the team leader, while extremely skilled, seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly rather than taking good care of our roof and fence. It was very commendable that the owner came out to make things right, and we appreciate his integrity. We would use this company again, if we were assured that we would have a different team leader. We would want someone who would be equally skilled, but who was also interested in protecting our property more fully.

Lately, I've had bad luck with service companies seeming unprofessional on the phone and in person for the estimate, but I was extremely impressed with everyone from the woman who answered the phone, to Justin who came out to give the estimate, and the two guys that showed up to do the work a week later. They're estimate was almost $200 less than the next lowest estimate I got, and I think they did a better job than their competitors would have done. The only confusion was in the scheduling. When given the estimate, I was told they were 7-10 days out. When I called, I was told three weeks. Since it wasn't an emergency, I asked that we be scheduled when it was convenient. They showed up and the work was done 4 days later at the price quoted.

I have had them remove larger trees before, spending as much as $5,000 or $6,000 for their work. They are prompt, reasonable, and professional. They are very excellent.

MILE HIGH TREE CARE were very prompt. They did a super job on trees and left the yard clean.

They do good work. I am quite satisfied. This is the second or third year I have used them. They seem to be knowledgeable about threes.

They showed up for the estimate promptly, put me on the schedule and did the work when they said they would. What a relief to have someone do what they say they will. USE THESE GUYS!

They were recommended by my neighbor and they turned out well. They came on an emergency basis one day after the incident and did the work which I really appreciated. They did a very nice job of taking care of the tree and were also reliable. They were a little expensive but I guess all tree service companies are expensive.

From initial contact to completion, I was impressed with the service and value.

He really stands by his work, he is very professional. I would recommend him. He takes responsible for everything and his work is great.
