Great guys, quick and reasonably priced.

When he came and installed it everything was fine. Following up on him to get some feedback to get the equipment from him is a very poor customer service. Not able to get a hold of him.

I think it’s supposed to say global industries? Alex was a big help getting our radon installed he seems like he knows what he’s doing! He did say he would send an invoice though but hasn’t yet. Other than that all good. We are waiting for the test kit in the mail to ensure the system is working as expected!

Alex was great! He showed up when he said he would and got right after it! The system was in and he walked me thru the components all within about 4 hours! Everything was cleaned up when the job was complete! They were very good at placing the system so it’s not an eye sore! Thank you Alex for a job well done at a very reasonable rate!!

Alex was unfamiliar with our type of home (slab on grade with foundation embedded ducts) and said he could not guarantee the result. Whatever, our levels were so high anyway we had to do something ASAP. He quickly installed the system and informed us that a testing kit would arrive within 2 weeks that was built in to the cost of the service, so we could retest and ensure that the system was working. Over a month came and went and I reached out to Alex via email twice and finally left him a voicemail. He called back and left me a voicemail stating he could bring an electronic tester over so we could have peace of mind. I called him back, left yet another voicemail saying that was fine and we were available any time. I have never heard from him since. I went and purchased our own test because we need to make sure our home is safe for us and our 10 month old baby. Two of the things we went with Alex for, the 30 year guarantee and the extra test, did not come to fruition and we feel we did not receive our end of the bargain. The lack of communication or willingness to solve the problem is concerning. Our neighbors have asked who we went with and we made sure to tell them to find someone who will make good on their word and not go with Gobles.

Alex installed a radon mitigation system and a sump pump at my house. The systems look great! Alex offered to paint the radon exhaust pipe to match the house. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Alex did a great job. He was responsive and on time. He did the work in a single day and was flexible enough to problem solve when my old house kept requiring him to change his approach. He cleaned up after himself and left my basement clean. I would hire him again.

Alex did what not everyone does, he called me back! It's so simple, it got him hired. His pricing was competitive, he did what he said he would do, when he said he would. I would hire him again if I ever needed his services and I would recommend him to my neighbors. I also like that he is a locally owned company and not a large corporation because I prefer to support the smaller businesses when I can.
