I'm glad that the work was sufficient, but very disappointed that the crew you had (Jenifer & Michelle) ignored company policy regarding smoking. Both of these employees are no longer with us, and currently none of our employees smoke. Even, so if we do hire another smoker at any point in the future, our company is policy regarding smoking is very clear. NO employee is to smoke prior to a cleaning service. Anyone who does smoke is instructed to wait until the end of the day to smoke. We do our best to hire the best and make sure that they are following our guidelines. I am very sorry that your crew deviated from our regulations prior to your cleaning. Even though we currently do not employ any smokers, I will make sure to impress upon everyone here that no one is to smoke prior to any job. Thank you again for taking the time to review us, we can only correct problems when our customers let us know about them. Your feedback is greatly appreciated."

Even though it was very late in the day when Maggie and Marta arrived - I was afraid they'd be worn out and hungry! But they jumped right in and started working and did not stop until the house was sparkling.
My experience is that often house cleaners will chat and the work slows down, but these two ladies were superwomen! So professional, polite and hard workers. I hope their boss gives them a raise!~!!!!!
Would I hire them again? Definitely. I feel fortunate in having found other great reviews for Castle Fresh on Angie's List. Thanks to those who took time to write reviews.

I have tried many housekeeping services in the past and always was disappointed. In most cases they did a poor job and didn't even do a good job on the things I told them I was particular about.
Maggie and Natalie were very nice and continually asked me to check their work and make sure they were on the right track. I had a Swiffer mop and left that out for them, along with a special mop and fluid for my hardwood floors. Maggie asked me if she could use her steamer instead as it does a much better job. Needless to say I was impressed that she took the initiative to do a better job with the steamer, she could very easily have used my mop. My floors have never looked better. She even mopped "their way out" so there were no footprints on the floors. She took my broom and swept my front porch, and got the cobwebs down from the ceiling. I told them i was having company that was allergic to cats so I wanted to make sure they got as much cat hair as possible. Natalie vacuumed my couch and chair several times, as well as the carpet. My guest room has never been cleaner. They had about half an hour left on their time and rather than saying "we are done" they came to me and asked for other things to do. They ended up washing my inside windows. I know their regular price is more than what I paid on the special, and while it might be a bit expensive, I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". If you want your house cleaned like you would clean it, give them a call, you couldn't find a better housekeeping service.
