Steve was able to give me an estimate over the phone using my square footage and my description.  Dena (Steve's wife) was polite, knowledgeable and helpful when follow up questions came up. Dena was flexible and helpful when setting up the appointment and verifying it.  Steven and Raphael showed up on time .  Both were professional and helpful. They both worked to verify the estimate Steve had given and answered questions as needed. Steven and Raphael didn't seem bothered when we wanted to see what they were doing or how they were doing it.  The neat and methodic way they finished the attic was impressive.  The courtesy they extended by inviting us to see their work before they removed the ladder and drop cloth was a step above.  The way Steven and Rafael worked together, again, neat and methodic when completing the walls was great. The drilling was loud, but there was no way to avoid it.  Steven and Raphael plugged, patched and re-stucco'd.  Steven and Raphael cleaned their work area very well.  They explained the prices, rebates, and warranties before starting and upon completion of the work.

I had a pretty good experience with this company. They answered my call right away and were able to service my home a week later. They added insulation. They were very professional. They gave me all the info I need to get a rebate from SoCal gas. There was a portion of my home with vaulted ceiling that couldn't be insulated so they measured that area and deducted from the price. Very nice guys. Pretty quick too.

I called Everguard and talked to Steve, he explained the entire process and gave me an estimated cost. The team arrived on time, took a detailed measurement and explained the actual cost of the installation. The job was done professionally, the crews were very courteous and helpful during the entire process.

They were great. It was about like $950 and this will be direct rebate of free taxes and through my electric company or gas, so, I did go to them and the things less expensive. They were really straightforward. They were good about the work that they would do and product they would use and how quick it would be. Everything would be exactly as what they have said.

Top-notch product and service every step of the way.  The owner, Steve Reisman, provides a great product and is totally committed to doing a great job.  Our house is 1304 square feet.  There was an existing layer of R-19 insulation in our attic and another layer of R-19 was added to that resulting in an effective insulation of R-38.  And now there's a noticeable reduction of cold air in our house....When my wife and I started doing our research, we were impressed by the amount of positive reviews on both Angie's List and Yelp.  And Steve proved why.  He was easily accessible by phone and gave a quote from the pictures I emailed of $860 which included $50 off as an Angie's List member and about a $200 rebate from the gas company.  He said other companies might have suggested removing the existing insulation so they could charge more but that what we had would work for the bottom layer to reduce our cost.  His crew of Steve and Rafael showed out right on time, took care not to cause any damage on our property and did a beautiful job of filling the attic with insulation.  It looks great and works great.  Steve explained how he got into the less accessible areas that had been missed before.  And he also helped guide us to get the gas co. rebate....They were very professional, only took about an hour and a half and now we're much more comfortable.  We used to freeze in the mornings.....We would strongly recommend Everguard.  After anyone talks with Steve (you can hear the commitment in his voice) and gets a quote, it's hard to imagine they'll go anywhere else.

Did it for the price quoted and they were quick and efficient. They did not make a mess and were very courteous.

They were very professional and on time to the job. They were very quick to respond to phone calls. I was very comfortable in talking with them. The price was lower than the quote on got on the phone. They did more work and the price was very reasonable for what I got. They explained everything to me before they started. They did clean up afterwards. I was hoping that it would cut down on the noise more than it did. The one room is warmer. The rooms are warmer than they were. They have messed up the bill. Everything worked out. I would hire them again. I would recommend them for insulation and not noise litigation.

Everything went well.  They responded to me in 1 day.  Very courteous, professional and honest.  The crew was exceptional.  They explained exactly what was being done.  They made sure to take precautions no to make a mess (which I appreciate).   I would highly recommend Everguard Insulation if you need any insulation services.  My home was built in the 1930's and there is no insulation in these homes.  I could feel the difference that night - my husband didn't have me burning up with the heat.  Thank you for an exceptional job.

Good for the price.
I had them come out and blow insulation into the walls of my 1939 home (which had no wall insulation).  When I first called for an estimate, they asked me to do a rough measurement of the outside of my house.  I did this and called back a couple of days later and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone without having to come out.  The estimate was very good compared to an estimate from another company, so I decided to move forward.  Scheduling was very easy and they worked with me to schedule the installation in less than a week.
The team (2 guys) arrived promptly, did a more detailed measurement, and told me what the installation would cost.  Their measurements (which accounted for the actual square footage of the windows/doors) was lower than the initial one given over the phone, so I was pleased.
I had them drill through the stucco via the exterior rather than through the interior walls.  They drilled, filled and patched ~700 square feet in about 4 hours.  It was very dusty and noisy, but they appeared to do a decent job.
The only aspects I wasn't thrilled with are:
1) They were very sloppy with the stucco patches.  The stucco slurry was split all over my front steps and splattered on almost all my windows and window screens.  They did hose down the front steps, but this really didn't work and I had to follow up with using a scrub brush to get the stucco slurry off.  My girlfriend and I also had to spend several hours the next day cleaning the spilled stucco off all of our windows and window screens.
2) Now that the patches have dried, the patches appear to be cracking around the holes.  This may be common / standard, but either I or my painting contractor will have to touch-up most of the patches to fill the small, circular cracks before painting the house.
3) Dust from the blown-in wall insulation ended up coming out through several electrical outlets in the interior of my home.  They didn't mention that this could happen until after the job was done.  Not a big deal, but I wish the installers would have warned me prior to the installation as I would've taped plastic bags over the outlets to keep the dust out.
So, overall I was pleased with the work, especially when considering the cost.  The weather has been quite mild, so I don't know how much of a difference the insulation will make, but I've already noticed a significant increase in soundproofing.  Exterior noise is noticeably muted compared to prior to the installation.

Overall, it went well. They were punctual, professional, and careful not to damage anything as they assessed the small entry into our attic.  The overall job took approximately two hours from start to finish.

Outstanding work, immediate response when calling to discuss insulation within my exterior walls.  They came and did holes outside the walls, and then patched the walls so we just had to do touch up paint.  I have already recommended them to others at this time and would highly recommend using them for insulation needs. 

The service was smooth.  They came on time and measured up my home.  The gave me a quick estimate and did the job in a few hours.  They even wipe my car of some of the insulation that spilled on my car by accident.   They explained how the insulation worked, did the job, and even sprayed extra insulation.  Ever since our home temperature has been holding quite steady at around 73 F.

It was a pleasant and easy experience. I called and spoke to the owner on the phone and he was extremely helpful and informative, he answered all the questions I had. We set up a day for his crew to come out for an estimate and if we are good with the price, they can proceed on the same day. The crew arrived 45 minutes later than scheduled due to traffic, however, they did call me in traffic to let me know they are going to be late. The crew was very informative as well, they inspected my attic and it only had 1-2 inches of insulation, so they added to the existing insulation up to 8-10 inches. Cleaned up after themselves and the process was pretty fast, it took only around 1.5 hours. I would not hesitate to hire them to do any additional insulation work.

The crew arrived a little late.  We started to discuss the type of insulation they installed and its soundproofing qualities.  Before I had a chance to call off the service due to the marginal soundproofing benefits of the type of insulation they installed, the crew had already punched through several walls and begun blowing insulation.  At that point, the damage was already done so I agreed to proceed with the work.  While I'm sure that the insulation has at least some soundproofing and insulating utility, I regret moving forward with the work.  In addition, the crew took a look at the attic insulation and agreed to get back to me with a quote about removing the old insulation and putting in new insulation but never did.

I enjoyed working with this Company from start to finish. Every step of the way you felt a part of the process in a good way. I found them to be very professional and respectful. They installed attic insulation on our 1960's house (1900sq ft).  Steve was great to work with for the quote and answering all my questions.  I received quotes for both R-19 and R-30, not knowing what we needed and when they came we realized we needed R-30.  They did a great job, were very efficient.  I mentioned our home inspector recommended adding some attic fans for more ventilation and Roy offered to take a look while he was up there.  He did say we should consider it, and offered his recommendation on where to put them.  It was a great experience.

It was a great experience.  They made process very easy from start to finish, and their website allowed us to obtain a quote just by inputting our house's square footage.  Furthermore, the two gentlemen arrived on time, were very careful to avoid damaging anything, and cleaned up after themselves.  Ultimately, they did an excellent job, and we would recommend them.

Since I knew the square footage of my house I was given an estimate over the phone. I accepted and made an appointment for later in the week. Steve called two days prior to my appointment and said they were in my area and were available to do the job within the hour, if possible. Two workers showed up and were very professional and efficient. They completed the job in no time and cleaned up afterwards. I live in the Valley and we're in the middle of a heatwave but between the ceiling fans that we installed and the insulation, we have been able to turn off the A/C overnight and for most of the day.
I'm very satisfied with this company and have already recommended them to friends.

I requested a morning appointment and they made it happen although they had many other calls for today. They arrived early which was great for me and for them. They didn't come to the door since it was only 7:30 AM but I saw the truck and told them it was OK to come in. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.

Everguard crew of two arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. Measured and did evaluation of our insulation needs and gave an estimate. They completed the job in less than an hour and revised the cost down to accommodate an area that was a little less accessible. They were very neat with the work and cleaned up....never know they were here. Would definitely recommend .
