After getting inspections and estimates from several contractors I picked Effincincy Air Inc. To perform the job. DEAN and his team were amazing .During inspection Dean was extra through in his investigation and assessment of the property, the current AC system and all aspects to watch for. They also came up with a competitive price. Installment of the new unit went smoothly, and they were very careful with my unit. I am very happy with this company and I recommend it sincerely. Vadim (Dan) contact me after I ask for estimate for AC replacement. He come to my place to estimate the job to be done by replacing my heat pump. We struck a deal and the AC was replaced in three day after his visit. Dan and his team did very good job and now I enjoy the new enhanced AC. Thank you Dan.

We needed to have our ancient a/c replaced, and we opted to replace our aging heating system at the same time. Tim was wonderful to work with. My husband and I appreciated the time he spent with us. He went over every aspect of the process, and the equipment that he recommended. We both felt that we were able to make a well-informed decision. I had gotten four other estimates from other highly rated companies, but Efficiency Air gave us the best quote, as well as the best warranties. The price included the cost of inspections, which some of the other quotes did not. Tim and his wonderful team delivered everything he said they would. They were all pros. He was onsite for the installation, and he was there at the finish line. Everything went very smoothly. They had the whole project finished in under 5 hours. Throughout the process, Tim was available, and he made us feel very well taken care of. I am so glad we opted to work with Efficiency Air.

Tim did a fantastic job answering my questions and being upfront with his pricing and process. The job was more expensive then I had planned but Tim not only gave me the best price of the estimates I received, but was able to help with some non-standard details with the job. I learned a great deal about heat pumps and general HVAC processes. Tim kept all of his promises, arrived on time, and kept me informed at every step. I really felt that he was not trying to sell me anything and that he established a trust right away. I would absolutely recommend Efficiency Air to anyone - I wish all contractors would operate like them.

Dean was the first to respond to my search on Angi. He was professional and easy to communicate with. Dean came to meet my husband and me the following day. He discussed all of our options without trying to upsell us anything. After meeting two other qualified companies we decided to go with Efficiency Air, Inc for two reasons. The company had good reviews and Dean was personable and professional. Dean and his crew came the next day and installed the new furnace. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely before they left. I highly recommend Efficiency Air and I would work with them again.

Dean called and was professional and communicated in a clear and straightforward manner. We scheduled a time to meet the following day. He arrived on time and explained everything to my husband and me and answered all of our questions. We met with two other companies who were also good but decided to hire Efficiency Air base on the reviews I read and Dean. Dean and his team arrived the next day to install the new furnace. They did a great job and cleaned up when they were done. I would hire them again and recommend you do too.

Dean replied promptly to our inquiry and came to our home the next day to evaluate our furnace and to answer questions. He was straightforward and professional and was able to offer us substantial savings on a new furnace. Three days later, he supervised the hardworking Efficiency Air team, who installed our new furnace quickly and efficiently (!) and left our home clean. With top notch service and excellent pricing, we absolutely would use Efficiency Air again. Highly recommend.

We needed to replace the outdoor heat pump for our aircondlting unit, and the team was excellent. Dean found a good solution that fits our patio size, and the job was performed flawlessly.The team showed up perfectly on time, worked fast and cleaned up after. Months later the thermostat which was not even his installation developed a shortâ he took my message on a thursday night and he replaced it with a new high end Nest thermostat. the next day! and it works well

Can't recommend Dean and Efficiency Air enough. After getting quotes from 4 different companies we were lucky enough to try one more and I couldn't believe how much Dean knew about HVAC systems and all of the different brands, as well as being even on top of future HVAC government regulations and rebates! They do business the old fashion way and will work on the job until you are satisfied. Dean and Efficiency Air are what HVAC Legend is made of.

They were absolutely excellent in every regard. They arrived on time, completed the install in just 2 hours and 15 minutes, cleaned up thoroughly, and even reviewed how to operate the unit. Tim in particular was excellent to work with. He was very professional, personable, reliable, answered all my questions, and showed a great camaraderie with his whole team. Quick response to contact. Took time to explain advantages and disadvantages of heat pumps. Gave complete quote for system he thought would best suit our needs. Was able schedule in week and did complete job by 4 . After crew left you would not know they were here. Name seems appropriate to job they did. Very satisfied.

This was the second time Tim has done work for me. He installed the heating system two years ago and now the central air conditioning. His crew was very fast, clean and pleasant. I could not ask for better service.. My son, who is in the business out of state, said the price was very good.

Very professional, stayed on as promised, no price changes, came on time, and cleaned up completely. I really appreciated how Tim took the time to show me how to use the new unit and then also how and where to maintain it. In three words, THEY WERE GREAT!

Dean and Leonard are experts. Our old AC went out during heatwave early May. I was reluctant to replace just the 30 year old AC and leave it pumped with the blower attached to the 20 year old furnace. Was now the time to replace both? It was 9:30 pm when I put in my details and Leonard S called me. Thorough & knowledge of the industry he explained all my optionsâ passionateâ he spoke to me about my options. He introduced me to Dean who was equally passionate and knowledgeable. He came over and confirmed the estimate and answered all my practical and logistics questions. We opted for an American Stanard Heat Pump sytem to replace furnace and AC. They arrived on time and did the job in a single day as promised and on budget. (we did shop and their prices were betterâ but more importantly I knew i could trust them) The job was expertly done, timely, neat and complete. Even after the install Dean went out of his way to explain and address questions on the specifics of the unit and my questions even re exhaust fan and a dehumidifier that were in the attic space near the blower. My highest recommendationsâ 5 STAR all around!

Tim is very knowledgable and thorough and this company is priced right in the middle.
