An established Mold Testing / Mold Inspection business since 2000 that offers not only a complete analysis of your home or business but can also provide the best answers to solve questions about any health or medical issues that maybe caused by mold. We offer competitive pricing and try to treat each job as if it were our home and our family. We pride ourselves in excellent thorough service to not only get the best results but to also get the answers you need. We service the state of California from San Diego to Sacramento. We DO NOT DO remediation, that way there is no vested interest on jobs results. We also send out our test samples to EM Labs for an independent analysis so we have no say how they come out. Many mold remediation companies offer cheap or free testing, but they have a vested interest in finding mold to get the mold remediation job that can cost thousands. We offer Mold, Formaldehyde, Benzene, Methane, VOC testing and more.

Robert spent the time explaining what a mold inspector does before making the appointment and he was friendly and engaging--this got him the job. While he was here at my house he was professional and thorough and explained his findings, what is needed and when the results will be ready. He was also on time, no constant follow up was needed. Outstanding customer service! Robert was professional, well informed and went beyond what my expectations for quality service was. He explained the testing and various results on the phone prior to the test. He then came out quickly and tested for mold which he found. He provided a list of companies that did mold remediation and also called several of them who got in touch with me that day! I hired one of the contractors (who was also very good) and Robert came back to test on the day I needed him. He was sick but came to the house (70+ miles round trip) to test so we could get the results so They could complete the project. I highly recommend Bye Bye Mold!

This guy is so honest that he did his job and saw that my mold issue wasn't very bad and basically told me that I could test it but it wasn't necessary. He could have just taken my money but he didn't. He was very knowledgeable as well. Thank you bye bye mold for being one of the few honest companies out there.

Robert provided quick response, prompt scheduling, totally professional work and good customer relations. We are totally satisfied. The name suggests remediation, which this company doesn't do. Actually it's better to focus on testing. Remediation companies have a vested interest in finding results that require further work (and income.) This company has more credibility.

The inspector I dealt with, Robert, showed up on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He called and gave me the test results verbally before I received them by email and gave me helpful information about how to proceed.
