This is the first time I’ve used Angie’s list. And I couldn’t be happier. Mitch Morales from REM Electrical called me within 10 minutes. The outlet connected to my tankless water heater stopped working so I had no hot water. Mitch was great he had me check a few things to see if I could fix it myself. He walked me through checking the breaker and reset button. I asked him to just pop over. He was there within 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would he was polite, professional and quoted me a price over the phone and that’s what I paid. He made sure I had hot water before he left. I will definitely have Mitch back to install some outdoor lighting. If you need electrical work done Mitch morales at REM is your man.

Mitch was an exceptional find. I called around town asking to take a look the existing electrical panel assuming I had to replace the whole thing for a new one, but Mitch was able to troubleshoot and determine the exact root cause and saved me the headache of permitting, dealing with the meter spot location and a huge expense. Thanks to him for working with me and he is as good as there is! I’ll be using him as my number 1 choice going forward for any electrical issues I encounter in the future!
