The person that came to my home wasn't very courteous, when he defrosted the freezer he allowed the water to spill all over the floor which wet some items left on floor & did not empty the drain pan on refrigerator it was left full of water to drip on the floor. I had to provide him with my own towels.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ACTUALLY EARLY, AND IT WAS MORE CONVENIENT. HE CLEANED UP THE MESS, AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE MICROWAVE. HE WAS VERY POLITE.
