Description of Work: The men were friendly. professional, and obviously competent. Our heavy patio sliding glass door had become extremely difficult to move. They diagnosed the problem as worn rollers, which they quickly replaced. The door now moves so easily that it is possible to operate it with one finger - a huge and much appreciated difference. Note: The work was done under my husband's name, William Morey.

Description of Work: They fixed a broken lock on our sliding glass door. It took a while for them to obtain the part probably because the door was a bit old - dating back to 1994. Due to the delay I had to make a few follow-up calls and the front office person sounded very harried (probably overworked), however, the actual work was performed well.
