I couldn't be more pleased with Eric's service! He successfully removed an accumulation of five years' worth of stains from my living room carpet, leaving it looking literally as beautiful as the day the flooring was installed. Eric was extraordinarily prompt, courteous, expeditious and professional. My project was a high quality light colored sofa that had been the favorite spot for Spot. This sofa was given to me so I felt investing in the best service was the way to go. Eric did such a beautiful job, it looks like brand new. He was honest with me about some of the stains not completely coming out, but to my surprise, they are almost invisible. To someone who doesn't know this sofa's history, they will think it is brand new. Eric was on time, and professional. I will use him for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning in the future.

Eric was great!! He came to our house the day prior to give us a free estimate, and was very informative and explained everything that would be done while cleaning, and after!! the following morning he was back--and did a fabulous job, in less time than anticipated. The carpet looks great, and all the stains are gone!! Thank you so much!

Eric did an excellent job for a reasonable cost. He was prompt in returning my request for a cleaning company through Service Magic. (He called back within 5 minutes of my submittal and made an appointment for the afternoon of that same day). I was amazed and extremely satisfied with the results. Eric worked hard on my carpets and I have to say the money I spent was well worth it. I was extremely surprised how dry the carpets were once he was finished. Previous times I have my carpets cleaned with other companies, they are very wet. Eric even left two blowers behind for us to use overnight to ensure our carpets would be dry enough to have our new furniture delivered the next day. Thanks for everything Eric.

Eric was very helpful, looked at the job and gave me a reasonable price based on the competitor which I appreciated, to meet my price range. He did an outstanding job, and my carpets look like brand new again with two kids! Now it is up to me to keep them that way....What a job.
