Tom showed up and quoted my job promptly. He installed high a high quality system with a wifi thermostat and the systems works perfectly. This is my fourth system with E.C. Air and I have been very pleased. They are clean, professional, and really know what they are doing.

I contacted Tom for my fourth AC system with him. He responded quickly and provided a competitive quote. I did have to wait two weeks for the installation but that is ok since the quality of the install was so much better than the past systems I've had installed. He also only uses high quality equipment and systems. I really like the wifi thermostat he installed. I can make adjustments or turn the system on or off from my phone. I would definitely recommend EC Air in the future.

OK....suggested making changes in off season

We had been told by another company that the whole system needed to be replaced. When EC looked at it they found it only needed a minor repair. They are honest with good prices. We would definitely use them again!

The attic fans were ordered but were out of stock. Once EC received them they were installed immediately. Effectiveness of fans will not be realized until the weather is hot again but I know if there's any problems they will come out again.

Wow! When I first called around for estimates it was September when we were in weeks of a hot spell. I told Angie, the receptionist, that we were in no hurry and understood that they were quite busy at the time. She said she would keep in touch. Every Monday morning for about 5 weeks Angie called to check in, just to let me know that they hadn't forgotten me, and I told them that waiting was still fine for us (no extra heat needed!) Other companies I had called either didn't return my calls or just said they were too busy.
Angie called me one morning and asked if it would be convenient for the technician to come by the next afternoon. He called the next day to confirm and came exactly on time. Our 30 year-old heater had not been working since March and I had had nightmares of new furnaces dancing in my head. The technician (Angie's brother-it's a family business) was ever so kind and patient and showed me that the pilot light was out and how to re-light it and check that it is working properly. He also advised me about annual maintenance for a unit this old. He checked out the thermostat connections and the firebox, straightened out a bent flange where the cover to the firebox attached to the unit, relight the pilot light and appologized that there was a minimum service call fee of $97. Then, he must have been struck by the beauty of my silver hair and asked if my husband or I was 65 or older and gave us a $10 discount.
This was a great experience with a wonderful, professional business- that just happens to also be a family. We could not be happier.

The technician was professional and friendly, and I have no reservation recommending their work. What I did not like was the billing that followed the service. There is no way to know what you are being billed before they are off the job. $427 for the very limited scope of work performed seems excessive to me, although admittedly I do not have another HVAC repair bill as a means for comparison. The only thing that prevents me from rating them as an "A" was price.

These folks have great service, Mike came out, on the same day, he answered all my questions, and completed the work. I was ready to pay him; he said “we bill our customers the old fashion way, you will receive a bill in the mail”. EC AIR, INC. is now the heating/cooling company to go to for me. I highly recommend them.

Everything went according to schedule and installation had no surprises.

We spent about $18,000 and I think you get what you pay for. The price included the whole new unit, asbestos removal and new duct work. They were great and they spent a lot of time to make sure they had everything just right because this was a brand new unit. When a replacement part did not come, one of them drove all the way to Palm Springs to meet the guy to get the replacement part. That was pretty impressive.

They have good customer service. Their price was very good. They came within a day or two.

The job went very well. There were many details to resolve, and a close working relationship made it all go smoothly. I would definitely use this company for any future projects.

No hitches, no glitches. EC Air laid out tarps to contain the dust during the removal in phase 1. They worked around our constraints when scheduling the asbestos removal.

THE COMPANY WAS QUICK TO RESPOND. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AT ALL TIMES, THEY HAD GOOD PRICES. THE AIR CONDITIONING WORKED GREAT AFTER THE REPAIRS.
