Property Appraisal
At first everything was going smoothly. We met with the Leonard at the house being appraised. He showed up on time, everything was fine. However during closing, Leonard failed to sign off on the roof certificate. We called him and he wouldn't return our phone calls. He got the job done at the very last minute of the day, but only to tell us the roof certificate should have been certified for 2 years and not one. So this could have cost us more money in getting a roofing certificate, getting it re-inspected, and penalty fees since we were passed our lock-in date for our loan. He caused us a lot of stress.
