I arrived about 7:20 AM and they took the info on my car and and quot;checked it inand quot;, despite the fact that they didn't open officially until 8AM.
Later, they diagnosed the source of my electrical problem as a bad alternator. But my alternator was still under warranty from an installation at a different auto repair location. Even so, they encouraged me to seek out the original installer, and even helped me figure out driving distances and some logistics. They also quoted what they would charge me for a new alternator; it was about $100 less than I had paid at the original location. Throughout, the experience was pleasant and professional. I will be going back to this location for auto repair for sure.

Their diagnosis is terrific. They also have good experience. Their price is fair. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

All went very well. Barsom completely lived up to the good reviews they already had on Angies List, and also turned out to be a AAA certified garage. Since they also did the repair, the charge for the diagnostic was waived even though the diagnosis took much more time than was anticipated (the problem did not initially show up in the computer diagnosis, so more work had to be done to determine the problem). Gilbert and his wife were great to deal with, and Gilbert communicated very accurately and effectively what needed to be done. I would recommend Barsom highly!

1. I was very pleased with the service that they provided. Jesse was very professional and took time to explain the work that my car needed. Originally the dealer had indicated that my brakes needed work and quoted me a much higher price to do the same work . The price that Barson charged me for this job was very reasonable. Jesse also mentioned that they guarantee their work for upto two years because of the AAA rating. They also provided me with transportation to and from my house. I will definitely take my car back for schedule services and any other engine problems.

I was very happy with them the first time and that is why I took it back to them. They seem real fair and honest. They are very clean and the man there is very polite. He takes plenty of time to check everything out and talk to you. He is professional and does a really good job.

They are absolutely wonderful. We were referred to them through AAA because of an AAA approved auto facility. Both the husband and the wife are just lovely people and they do whatever needs to get done and don't try to take me for anything more. I highly recommend them.

Gilbert and Maritza are very honest, polite and professional people. All work was completed, and done on time. Barsom Tire is also an AAA approved auto repair shop.
