The check light was on a couple weeks ago and since we had to bring it back in they deducted $150. We had to leave the car there for a few hours to let it cool down. We were down in Northridge and they called us about 5 and told us the car was done. They had given us a nice rental car. My wife is used to driving her SUV and she wanted it to take to work the next day. When they said they were done it took us about 2 hours to get there and they were waiting on us even though they were closed at 7.

I own a standard 2013 RX 350 and it developed a loud whine whenever the steering wheel was turned. Brought it to Westminster Lexus service, was told there was nothing they would do, that this was the result of the new electronic power steering, and that Lexus considers it a normal noise. Asked to look at another 2013 RX350 to see if it made the same noise - IT DID NOT!
Filed a complaint with Lexus Customer satisfaction, and was told the same thing. Wrote a letter to the head of Lexus in the U.S. Jeff Bracken - his office called me and said we acknowledge your letter, but sorry, we have no fix at this time, and consider it a normal noise. I don't think Jeff Bracken would drive this car with this noise! So, I will be selling this xxxx and buying the Audi Q5 which I should have done to begin with!
I have owned two other Lexus vehicles and neither had this problem - so buyer beware!

They're not pushy. I've purchased my last six cars from them, for the last 10 years. Bobby has helped us and we're very comfortable with him. We feel he gives us the best deal he can and accommodates our needs, our wishes and what we're looking for. We have his cell number and if we have any questions, we call him directly. He's extremely professional, honest and very helpful.

I have had service with them for thirteen years. I trust the guy I work with initially, he was head of quality control, now he is the director of parts. I really like going there. I keep up on my service. They have been great. They have helped me, they make things easy, they give you a loaner. They take good care of me. I do think they are a little pricey. I get treated very well up there. I am very happy over there. A lot of the people in my position wouldn't be going back to the dealer anymore.

I've been doing business with them since 1991 and I take my car in there for regular service. My experience has been good. My wife went there until I retired. Their prices are higher than you see advertised but the service is good. I don't feel uncomfortable with the price and I don't feel it is out of line for going to a dealer. The person who takes the order has been very informative and seems quite knowledgeable. My car is about 10 years old so it is a minimal service now. They have always had a loaner for me whether it is for major or minor service.

The first time you drive up they remember you from being there before. Even though I have a car 14 years old they still offer me a loaner car if needed. They do really good work and get your car done when they tell you.

We bought our fist Lexus in 1991 and we just bought our last one in 2000. Westminster has always been the principal care giver to our cars. I am sure there are a bit more expensive but I don't feel like I am getting gouged. I know everyone's name there and I like them a lot.
