Estimator Dave Peters was punctual, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He advised me to wait until fall before trimming my jacaranda and crape myrtle trees. (This was in June.) I hired Gold Coast a few days later when a competitor failed to appear for an estimate. On the afternoon the work was to have been done, Gold Coast's dispatcher called to say the crew was detained at the preceding work site and was unable to come to my home. She was very apologetic and we rescheduled the appointment. On the appointed morning, the crew arrived 20 minutes early and asked to borrow my ladder. They finished an hour later. The trees and bushes were nicely trimmed and the crew cleaned up after themselves--except for leaving the ladder in the back yard, which I asked them to return to the garage area. I asked the foreman several questions concerning the extent and shape the bushes were trimmed and he answered to my satisfaction. Overall, dealing with Gold Coast has been a pleasant experience and I would hire them again.

Gold Coast did a very good job. A person stopped by to give me an estimate. He was on time, and the estimate was very competitive. When the crew came to complete the job a few days later, they were very fast. They did a nice job of trimming the cherry tree because I was concerned that they would trim it too much - they listened to my concerns and completed the work accordingly. The only 'minor' issue I had was that they did not clean up around one of the trees as much as they did the others, so I had to do that after they left. But overall, they did a nice job, and I would use them again.

They were prompt, very fair and answered all of my questions. The workers were very considerate and chipped a lot of branches and sumac for me, too. They were done and cleaned up within an hour! They even have smaller equipment to go in the hills. I had no problem with their contractors license or proof of insurance.

For 41 years, no one has done a better job for us. They are very thorough and have a big crew so that they can do it very rapidly. I admire them because I have one Brazilian pepper tree that they did a phenomenal job on re-shaping and they took away branches that weren't needed. They were very careful and precise.

I like the company and the rates. I am the president of a homeowner's association, so they make sure they do a good job. They come out on time as well.

CAME ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE THAT THEY GAVE US WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY NICE & POLITE.

WE WERE SORRY TO SEE THE BEAUTIFUL TREES GONE, HOWEVER, DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES, IT HAD TO BE DONE. THE WORKERS WERE AMAZING. THEY CAME IN A CONVOY OF 2 VERY BIG TRUCKS. OVER 20 GUYS WERE WORKING VERY HARD. THEY HAD THE JOB DONE IN 30 MINUTES.
