Every step of the way was done professionally, fairly, and without any hard selling of new items.
Vince was more than happy to try to salvage what items we already owned, informed us thoroughly of our options, and implemented our decisions. We opted to replace our unit as well as a few of the attachments, these were installed the following day without problem. He took the time to identify and remove a plug of animal hair that was stuck inside our duct system, I did not know this was a possibility, but I'm sure that this will prevent/delay any stresses on my new central vac unit. Instruction was given on usage of the new items provided, and they have worked great upon first use this weekend.
Vince noted that he has been in this line of business for more than 2 decades, and his breath of knowledge certainly seems to reflect that. It is my opinion that he is very fair and honest, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Our central vacuum system had been losing power gradually for quite some time until one afternoon when the motor began cutting out. When I opened the door to the garage to listen more closely, I encountered the smell of burning and immediately unplugged the unit.
I chose to call this company because of the good reviews and its location, which is fairly close to where we live. I got an appointment the next morning with Vince, the company owner. I feel bad about giving Vince a and quot;Band quot; for punctuality because his late arrival did not affect us adversely. He did arrive late, though; the appointment before ours took longer than anticipated, and then he was delayed by a traffic jam on I-5. I don't think he had any control over the things that delayed him, but potential customers should plan to be flexible on arrival time.
Vince appears to be extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and gave us options. He brought up valid issues we hadn't thought of, working quickly and efficiently. We decided to replace our unit instead of having a new motor installed in the old vac. Vince did not have the new unit on his truck, so we arranged to have it installed the next business day.
Installation of the central unit, the work on both carpet tools, installation of the hose sock, and demonstration of filter replacement took about an hour and a half total.
The new vacuum unit is really great. I think it cleans better than the one it replaced ever did.

My Central Vacuum had been gradually losing strength so I decided to see if there was anyone out there that could diagnose the problem then fix it if necessary. My second call was to Vince and he seemed to know what the problem was over the phone. We tried to decide on a time for him to come out, but our times were not meshing, ultimately he said why don't I come out tonight and see if I can help you. He did, and fixed the problem and then explained to me and my husband things about our central van that we never knew. I would definitely have him back. He was completely professional and we valued his insight.

Vincent came out within a couple of days from my call. He performed the work in a very professional manner. While he was there he completely checked out our vacuum system and gave us some tips on how to get the best use of our system and its cleaning tools. The total cost for his work was less than I expected.
