Description of Work: Logan Roofing did an estimate for roof repair. I think was one of the lower estimate but we went with the company that offered a longer warranty.

Description of Work: Angie's list asked me to write another review of this company. It has been a year since my first review, and not having any other roof problems, I have not hired them since. However, I can now report that the roof they repaired for me held through last winter's storms and is doing well at the start of this winter. No problems with leaks. I think it was a good job at a good price! (BTW, my first review says my home was buitl in 1882--but that's wrong. It should've said 1982.)

+ -1 moreI liked that Logan Roofing did not try to convince me to replace ALL of the roof--even though it was a bit old, but rather, just the area that leaked. They worked fast and hard. Completed the job in one-half a day. Seemed to really know what they were doing! Haven't had any real severe winter weather, yet. Just a few rains. But so far, so good. It looks great and seems to be holding fine. I will update this review if there is any problem. (Though, I don't expect any.)
Description of Work: The roof was replaced over two of my house's bedrooms. They used a "torch down" method because the roof was nearly flat.
