Absolutely the most impressive General Contractor I have ever worked with. Arturo and his team can do everything, and I mean it! They don't just do it - they do it perfectly. Fast, detailed, and meticulous. And Arturo actually answers the phone when you call, and he responds to texts within minutes. As an ex-GC myself, I dont understand how he pulls it off, and all at a fair and reasonable price. Jarquin Construction's major work with us included: roof replacement, complete water re-pipe from the meter at the street to the faucets, new gas lines from the meter to the appliances, complete re-wire of entire house including new weatherhead and service panel, re-level floors and install new engineered wood flooring, window replacements, reframing in some locations, and termite and dryrot repairs.

Jarquin Construction did a fabulous job on our bathroom remodels. However, sometimes saying â a fabulous jobâ doesnâ t capture how wonderful the experience was. Arturo, the proprietor of Jarquin Construction, was the foreman on our job and consistently showed up as a commitment to excellence and workability. We did not realize how far ahead we should have ordered materials, but Arturo worked with us to get the right materials identified, ordered, and installed, even though that meant unforeseen delays and holes in his schedule. My wife, the decorator in our family, generally leaves me to deal with the contractors, but Arturo was so easy to work with that I quickly realized I should just get out of the away. The final product was everything we hoped for. We already have plans to use them again.

He is a perfectionist and knows exactly how to handle anything you ask of him. He is dependable, responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and shows up when he says he will. I can't say enough good things about him, and would highly recommend him to anyone!
