The crew did a mediocre job. Punctuality: They arrives 20 minutes late. 2 people arrived as was specified. Cleaning: a. Carpet cleaning/vacuuming: I appreciated that they brought their own cleaning vacuum and supplies. However the cleaning was just topical. They only cleaned what could be seen. So instead of using the vacuum extensions to clean under my couch and bed they ignored that section until I inspected the house and asked them to clean it properly. b. Counter tops: Again only cleaning what can be seen. The kitchen counter tops has a toaster, kettle etc so instead of moving them around the counter and cleaning underneath . The team ONLY cleaned what could be seen from the front. Once I explored behind and under the kitchen devices. I found that it was still dirty. I had to wipe it down after they left. c, Bathroom: Once again, they cleaned around the counter top storage. Ignored cleaning the bathroom organizer that stored my deodorant and hair supplies (this is an open drawer device and not hidden). The toilet was not clean. d. They did clean my grill as I had asked.

Not only were they efficient, the quality was excellent!

Our team Myra and her sister Laura are fantastic, the house always looks so good and they go deep not superficial. I asked them to use our cleaning supplies as theirs was a bit too strong smelling for us. Today the house was already quite clean as we had just company over, so I asked them to do the fridge instead if they had time after they finished the normal routine of baths, kitchen, dusting and floors- no problem at all. They are very friendly and accommodating and I feel very happy working away in the office while they are in the house. They will also bring all supplies for $10 extra each time (including vacuum, mop etc). The agency itself I have only spoken to on the phone, they are very nice, always phoning back to check everything was OK.

They do everything you'd expect when hiring a housekeeper. Bathrooms, linens changed, vacuuming, floors, kitchen spotless, plantation shutters dusted every week...the place looks, smells and is immaculate when they're done. They've even done my windows - and I didn't even ask!

They clean the house once every two week for 15 years. They have a good service and they're reliable but they slowly increase in price.

Clean Sweep is a placement agency for house cleaning and they are extremely helpful, attentive, and want to ensure the very best experience for their customers. This is not a review for the actual house cleaners, only for the placement agency.

Ethel is our housecleaning lady. They are easy to reach, willing to cooperate, arrive exactly when expected, and listen to my needs and concerns. They have done a pretty good job and I have no complaints.

I did have to change housekeepers, but it was not the agency’s fault. I feel that it had got to the point that the couple had been doing it for so long that it got a bit lax. I had a friend who was using the couple I use now, and she just raved about them. I called to hire them as my cleaners and there was no trouble at all. They took care of everything. If I have any complaints, it’s taken care of immediately. I’ve used their services for about a year and a half.

We use them all the time and the work is fine. They assign a three team crew to you and that same team comes out each time to complete the work. They are really prompt, especially if you need to reschedule anything. They typically get any requests resolved within the same day.

They do a really nice job. The same people come every week and you get to know them. I have worked with two groups within the company. The current crew I am working with is a husband and wife team. They either bring their own stuff or you can pay less and supply the products. They are very personable and you can call and speak with the same person in the office. You feel like you are being taken care of. I used their services weekly for three months when I had my second child. They were very accommodating and made the transition easy when we went back to two weeks. They are really great and do a good job. I am very pleased with the work.

Overall, every time I've had Cleensweep come over, they do a consistently good job of cleaning the house. There have been times they've come over where we just had a party, and the sinks and counters are a mess. You'd never know how messy they were because cleansweep does such an amazing job.

I am really happy with him. They do special jobs on request. It is excellent. I've been using my regular person for over four years and I am very happy with him. When I have needed to cancel, they have understood and it is easy to reschedule. I've recommended them to friends.

We have used this service for several years (two teams--one moved away--and one or two occasional substitute teams for vacations) and have been very pleased with everyone who has provided service.

I provide supplies for them. They are good at what they do. They give you choices for teams to come to your home. They do good work, they are thorough, I would highly recommend them.

The first team was a man and a woman. The man was great and worked very hard. His partner did practically nothing, however, so the overall quality of the job was not that great. I don't remember the second team but the third team angered me and I felt that the leader was manipulative and only wanted to get more money each time she came. She had an attitude and did things that were contrary to what I asked her to do. For instance, I asked her to use a bucket with vinegar and water and clean things with a rag. I saw her using spray products intended for the bathroom instead, in the kitchen, bedroom and other places where these products should not have been used. I asked her to wash the floor in a small bedroom. Instead of using the vinegar and water, she sprayed bathroom cleaner on the spots that were sticky and didn't clean the rest of the room. The second time she came she said she could do a better job if I paid for another hour. I agreed but she still did only superficial cleaning.

They did an excellent job. Arrived right on time and were very professionally dressed (with Clean Sweep aprons and shoes). Then they walked through the house with me and really listened to what I wanted cleaned. Once they started cleaning, they were efficient and the house was spotless after they left. They worked for approximately 4 hours on the house and there were three of them. Highly recommend them. Ask for the cleaner Ethel, she is great. I am now planning to have them come on a bi-weekly basis.

The people who come out to clean work independently for them, so the woman who brokers them calls to follow up after the work is complete. They did an OK cleaning job, but they left oil stains on our driveway. I also paid an extra $10 so they would bring their own supplies, but they forgot some & I had to provide my own, which was upsetting, since I paid extra for that. I felt bad for the woman who owns the agency because it was beyond her control & she was very apologetic about the problems. I would probably call a different service next time.

They did a great job, were on time, and worked very hard. I decided to have regular service after the first visit, and the work has continued to be excellent.

I do get a discount from this company because I use them all the time. I am very happy with the service that they provide. My house looks great after they clean it. I have never had any complaints with the cleaning. They also do not leave until the job is done. It sometimes take them a little extra time and they don't charge me for that.
