He came and he said that it's going to cost me a lot more and it's just free to fix it myself. he gave me advise to do that because he knew that I was short on cash. He told me what to get and how to do it. I ended not actually using him and ended up doing it myself. I like the customer service part about that. My overall experience was good.

The toilet was cleared, quickly and professionally.  Despite my embarrassment over the toilet situation (I think you don't need that detail) the workman was very understanding.  He downplayed the situation so as to allay my embarrassment.

I did not have A-Wright plumbing/Leap Frog Plumbing perform the work at the cost that they estimated.

They completed the job in a prompt and professional manner.  They did not take credit cards over the phone.  As an investor located far away from my property, that became a challenge.

The repair and installation went well and was quick and thorough.  He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and the leaking water pipe was completely repaired to my satisfaction.

Even though I called A Wright Plumbing, a different firm showed up. I was told that the owner of A Wright went to work for this firm. (Leapfrog Plumbing). The property was inspected and I was told that a new shutoff valve to the irregation system would have to be installed to isolate the problem. I asked if they can install new hoses to my washing machine while they were here. I was quoted $189.00 for that. I knew that was high, but I figured out of convienice I would let them do that. The next day two plumbers arrived and told me that they were there to install the new hoses. They did not know about the shut of valve. I told them not to do the hoses. They than had me turn on the irregation system and said they did not see any obvious problems. They said I would need a leak detection company to come out. When the leak detection company came out ($350), they did not find any leaks but said the irregation system was throwing out too much water. 
P.S. - I bought the washing machine hoses at Home Depot for $20 and put them on myself in less than 3 minutes.

I sent message via their website shortly after 8 am. Nothing. So I called about 1.5 hours later. The phone number listed on Angie's List and their website led me to a company called Leap Frog Plumbing. Not cool. Got online with another company, they called me back, and I had an appointment same day within 20 minutes. It's now 3 hours after my first email and no response.  And they said they would contact me shortly.  Hardly.

Drain was totally plugged.  There is still some debris (mud?), but this is probably due to a dip/break in the pipe.  Drain should drain away all roof runoff except in a true downpour.  We'll see.
I had a very difficult time scheduling this because of various personal difficulties and conflicts.  They were exceptionally flexible and responsive.

The service was awesome. They were on time, professional, and the price was fair.

Would have liked a narrower window than 2h for the original estimate to take place, but when it did so it was quick and the technician was able to give me a quote on the spot for the work. That quote was about $1,000 less than a quote I got from another company I'd found on Angieslist. Both companies were good to deal with, I went with Leapfrog on price.
Install went without any fuss. Installers were scheduled to arrive in a window from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., got a call from the Leapfrog office saying they were on the way during the first hour of that window. The guys showed up and got to work, were done by mid afternoon. Only tiny ding would be that I'd expected the (Leapfrog-arranged) electrician to run a socket adjacent to the new heater the same day, and it was only at the end of the day that it became clear he wouldn't and need to temporarily run an extension cable instead. Not a big deal. The technician explained the install and walked me through the basics of the heater. The existing tank heater was removed and lines capped off as part of the service.

Easy to schedule via email and telephone. Responsive to request for location of valve and color of box. Plumber arrived on time and was courteous and professional. Work was completed on time and done well.
A couple months later, I noticed moisture on the valve cover and the valve. I thought the valve might be leaking. The company returned and did a leak test as well as examined the valve. They determined it was condensation. They did not charge for the visit.
I would use A Wright in the future.

Very efficient. He needed a part from a local hardware store, came back in a jiffy.
Explained the issue thoroughly. Very people oriented, we felt like he really wanted to help.

They ran very late, then tried to get me to wait until the next day.  When he found that he had the parts, he went ahead and did the work.  I would use them again.

It went very well. Terry called and asked if he could come sooner. He was professional, did a great job installing the faucet and and even ran the dishwasher to check for leaks before leaving. We'd definately use their service again.

They replaced a cupeler on a bathroom drain. I called several other companies and another company even came out to give me a bid for about $500. Well A Wright Plumbing able to do it for $119.00. They were very nice, both in the service and on the phone setting up the appointment. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+ and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I used it right away. It was a good experience. I already knew what it was; I had already gotten the replacement part. I would recommend them. It was a good price. I would use them again.

JC was great! He assessed the situation and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was very and and appeared to be very honest. Another plumber told us that there was a completely different issue that changing the seal on the knob causing the leak, he told us they would have to tear into the wall and it would cost at least over $2000.00 I am really glad I called for a 2nd opinion.
What JC did completely resolved the issue :-)
