They are responsive and accommodating. Our Project Manager is very professional. Excellent customer service!!! We are still going through the design project right now because of a delay caused by a surveyor, not part of GPI. GPI was not responsible for the delay. In fact, they helped to follow up with the surveyor who caused the delay. Also, there is an opportunity for the architecture design to be even better. We as homeowners stepped in and provided a lot hands-on work (such as creating an alternative drawing) to significantly refine the initial design. More proactive design advice (e.g., additional lighting, and how to use space most effectively) would make GPI even more effective and valuable.

We reached out to GPI for a retaining wall project without knowing much about them, through Home Advisor. Having been previously burned on a reno project, frankly I was skeptical. They were head and shoulders above what we experienced before and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The project was not without hiccups but at least we saw lots of proactive action and responsiveness from GPI (thank you Patricia) and esp our contractor, Ben. It was great working with him, he's very responsive not just to our calls but to make sure all our needs are met. We added portions to the project but will say that the price quoted to us seemed fair. Towards the end, they did build my son a lovely playhouse and climbing wall which he's thrilled with and I'm grateful to Ben for helping us pull that together for him. His subs - some were great, others have room to improve, but overall we are happy and would definitely work with them again. Separately Barukh helped us install solar panels and work with us on the project. After sitting through many tedious -dog and pony sales pitches from various solar companies, we are glad we spoke to Barukh and he was able to fit us in last year. Great workers, on time, and were communicative. The pavers they did for me look excellent. They do a great job.

We met with Ben, initially, to discuss the building of a deck for a small house we built in the backyard. We sat down, mapped out a plan and design, and within 24 hours, we had a price that we thought was very fair and that fit into our budget. A date for the work to begin was set, and on that date, a crew showed up on time and began the work of building a deck. We have dealt with a lot of Contractors before, but for many reasons, GPI quickly rose to the very top. Their attention to detail and quality of work was incomparable. Their crew was professional and respectful. We eventually met with Barukh who patiently explained how the wiring was going to be installed. Ben constantly checked in on us and his crew to oversee and to make sure that our vision for this project was being met. We have other near term projects we would like to have done, but it will not be necessary for us to find another contractor. We have found our Contractor in GPI Builders. I would recommend them to anyone. Yes. They are that good. Oh, and by the way, the deck turned out better than we had imagined. It is just beautiful and something to behold. I hired them for stone facade for my house. They brought their own Potable potty , were polite and they were well trained workers. Their project manager, Jonathan, was a good organizer and paid attention to our wish for the project and worked with us. I would hire them again When we have another house project.

I am immensely satisfied with the work done by GPI Builders. Communication was always clear and to the point and the price for completing the work was extremely fair and not outrageous. In this time of the pandemic, I was especially impressed with the way, Ben of GPI, stuck to the plan of obtaining a permit and following through with all the requirements for getting the job done. I would highly recommend GPI, to anyone, who desires high quality construction work at a reasonable price. PS: Can not say enough about their customer service and treating the client with respect.

GPI Builders are caring and competent professionals. From the front office to the project manager to every single worker- they are polite and helpful. They did a beautiful pavers project for my backyard/patio and also my front driveway and walkway. They are polite and punctual. They offer reliable advice and are trustworthy. I will certainly work with them with any other home projects I need. In my opinion you cannot go wrong If you select GPI BUILDERS for your next project.

Good company to work with!

I am very pleased with the finished job. Follow-up service included repair of a broken water pipe under the walkway. Repair was concluded successfully in about 2 hours. Again, I am well pleased with the result.
