I moved from Nevada to San Jose and have some struggle to find a good contractors company. When i finally met ben i felt so un-stressed and very confident. We added about 400sq ft. addition to my house and they helped with everything start at architect to the design and permits. They even dealt with the city on inspections and did all the necessary work that is involved in the addition. Ben was amazing! Very professional, honest and hard working. Basically they made my dreams come true!

We had such a great experience with GPI builders! Me and my husband originally only planning to update our kitchen but our project manager Jonathan provide us with step-by-step during the process, he guidance us and made the process extremely stress free basically on that we end up with bedroom addition. Jonathan always was available via text, call and email and we get updates all the time. The crew was amazing! And the results are stunning and a very high quality of work and materials. Our Experience with GPI builders and project manager Shahar was absolutely fantastic! We had a remodeling for our deck - 1200 Square feet. Shahar was very patient, responsive and knowledgeable during the whole project. He helped us with the design process and answered all our requests. Shahar always kept in touch with us and do a follow up to the job, Also paid attention to the small details. His crew was amazing! They start on time and finish a little bit sooner than expected, and most importantly, they were careful and clean up each and every day. My husband and I had such a great experience to work with GPI Builders on our complete home remodel. We remodeled our kitchen, master bath, updated two baths, all new flooring, baseboards and LED recessed lighting throughout the home. After engaging with few other contractors we found Dima to be very responsive, reasonable and straightforward. Dima has eye for design, his attention to detail was meticulous. GPI builders did a fabulous job. The outcome definitely exceeded our expectations and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We highly recommend GPI Builders and Dima, and will definitely use them again for future projects!

We hired GPI builders to demolish and redo travertine pavers in our front yard and to add a pergola to the backyard. Shahar was the project manager, right from the first meeting till the job was completed Shahar was really professional and kept us updated every step of the way. I worked with some other builders to get competing quotes and in the end we decided to go with GPI builders not primarily based on the quote but based on how courteous and professional they were. Once we signed the contract, we were impressed by how quickly they mobilized their crews. We signed on a Friday and the work began on Monday! The crew for the demo, pavers and the pergola were all super professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was done within two weeks and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome. GPI builders will be our first choice for our future projects.

Dima called back less than 24 hours post our request to schedule an in-person estimate the next day. The kitchen & bathroom project (new quartz countertops, new sink, new backsplash) was completed quickly, efficiently and flawlessly. The counter craftsman, Dima, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He tracked down a remnant piece of my material so that I wouldn't have as many seams. Dima and his crew were like a herringbone surgeon. Dima’s cuts were so precise--on teeny pieces--that that visual impact of the project exceeded what my expectations were, and I enjoyed having him in the house for the duration of the work. Budget-wise, the amount I was quoted was *extremely* fair in comparison with other estimates, and I feel the value of the work was more than worth every cent. Everyone I dealt with texted back immediately, showed up when they said they would, followed through with what we discussed. These folks take pride in their work and their reputation, which is well earned. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. A+ experience.

GPI builders did a fantastic job for us building an outdoor kitchen and fire pit for our home. Ben Giat was our point of contact and project leader and I can recommend him and the GPI team with the utmost confidence. Last summer we contacted five different contractors through Yelp, had home visits and interviewed them all. We felt most comfortable with Ben and GPI builders. They had the best style of interacting with us, and presented good ideas without being pushy. They also provided what felt like a very fair price for the work we wanted done... not rock bottom (some folks felt kinda "cheap", but also not exaggerated.) Even better, they came in on the final work right where they said they would in the initial estimate, even though we had a few minor changes here and there, that Ben accommodated. For the first stage, once we engaged with Ben - we shared and brainstormed ideas. Then before they started any work - GPI sent out there in house designer Didi, who put together 3-D models that helped us visualize and refine our ideas. Ben also played a big role in the design, particularly helping us pick out materials based on pictures from the internet and magazines we shared with him. One particular standout was that we ended up going with an Equinox automated louvered roof system, that allowed us to change the shading on our patio based on the sun. GPI had never installed one before, but Ben and the GPI team rose to the challenge of working with the vendor to install it. For the most part, almost all of the sub-contractors Ben pulled in were top notch. There was one exception who gave us a lot of trouble, but Ben put in the effort to chase down the sub-contractor and when we couldn't get them to perform, he found another sub on short notice, and helped us get our money back from the first one. All-in-all our outdoor kitchen and installation is exactly how we had imagined it and provides us with a lot of family time, and now that COVID is abating, we have started entertaining to lots of oohs and aahs and compliments. I will definitely seek to work with Ben and GPI builders again on any future jobs and would recommend them highly.
