I am very happy with my experience with GPI Builders. Jonathan was very patient and reassuring of the process, the cost, the out come of the project. All was delivered and the job done on time and it looks absolutely amazing. I am very happy I chose them to this job and will look to hire them again when I am ready to start my next home project.

Easy to communicate with. Valued my opinions and accommodated my changes.

While the workmanship was very good, thanks to the subcontractor hired by GPI, the relations with the management were not good. Oral promises were made about the quality of wood to be used on the deck, and they were either not communicated to upper management or they were ignored. It was only because of the subcontractor's honesty and integrity that we found out early enough to get the right grade, and it cost us a lot of extra money. We would not recommend them to others after having to go through this experience.

We can't say enough good things about GPI Builders. They kept in constant communication throughout the project, were accommodating of our busy schedule, and completed the project ahead of schedule. Our project manager Ben was great to work with, ensured our requests were met, and the project was completed with upmost quality. We look forward to working with them again.

Excellence at scope and exceeding expectations

Very professional company from initial consultation to finish. Project manager Yifat was receptive to our requests and her work crew was prompt and finished our deck in one weekend. Not the cheapest bid but well worth it.

Astonishing. From communication to work, GPI Builders are accommodating. Every question, details, and procedure is explained and retold to assure what we want to be done. Every meeting, texts, and calls were responded within an appropriate amount of time. All measurements are done multiple times to assure precision. We had part pavers, concrete, and fence done in an surprising amount of time. Thus, GPI's workers are hard working. Their price is decent and every process step is hassle-free. The finish project looks amazing. Overall, GPI Builders is a company to consider for any project.

We needed to remove a loadbearing wall and remodel the whole kitchen of our house, plus to change all the wood flooring throughout the house. Before the project started I talked to multiple contractors. I would say GPI was outstanding in both scheduling, profession, and pricing. They had given a very good price, and throughout the project, they were extremely responsible and followed what listed on the contract 100 percent. Also they applied the contractor's permit for me very fast and smoothly. Due to the deliver of my finish materials like cabinets and appliances, the project schedule needed some adjustment but they were very considerate and flexible. I talked to my project manager Yifat from the beginning to the end, it was very very impressive how good she was. In addition, GPI was very responsible to help me solve any found issue regarding the project even after the contract was ended. I would recommend GPI to any one who is doing a remodeling at home.

This company out did themselves! I mean I m truly impressed with the outcome. My new kitchen is BEAUTIFUL. They expanded my old, rundown, outdated kitchen to a massive, open and inviting, masterpiece. I love having people over now and showing off my new kitchen. My family and friends spend most our time in there now. GPI Builders will be doing my next project! (My living toom expansion) and I can t wait!
