My whole experience with The Roof Masters was awesome all the way from beginning to end. From Diana in the office helping getting my estimate and repair scheduled, to Rigo, the project manager coming out and doing an estimate, to Luis and his crew at executing the repair. Diana and the others in the office were very friendly, helpful, and responsive at getting me in for an estimate and repair (very quick, given it is the rainy season now). Rigo came out first thing in the morning the Monday after Thanksgiving to do an estimate. I could tell he was well-versed in estimating the repairs needing to be done, and he was very realistic with me. He didn't try to sell me a new roof or anything I didn't need. I told him I was looking to get some leaky spots fixed and knew exactly what needed to be done and also suggested a roof "tune-up" to buy me a few more years before needing to do a complete roof replacement. He sent me the estimate within 20 minutes of leaving and their prices were very competitive and comparable to the 2 other bids I had from other companies ( I also liked that they offer a 5 year warranty compared to other companies' 3 year warranties). They scheduled me for a repair the next day and Luis and his crew came out to start the job. The repair took a little longer than anticipated (given the extent of some of the plywood damage), but one of the things I appreciated the most was that Luis and his crew were very thorough and took their time to assure the repair was done right the first time. Luis was very friendly and transparent about how things were going and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Towards the end of the job they had some car trouble and couldn't show up one day, so as an apology for any inconvenience they cut the job price by $100. I didn't mind, I know car trouble is inevitable sometimes, but it showed that they care about customer satisfaction. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day of the repair and put their equipment to the side out of the way. They also cleaned up all debris, I didn't find a single nail anywhere. In sum, I'm very happy with the repairs and work thus far and will definitely be using them for when I do a complete roof replacement in about 5 years. Thank you!

My wife made an appointment for an estimate over the phone not knowing I had a Dr. Appt. at the same time. I rescheduled my Dr. Appt. for later in the afternoon. Today, the day before our appointment Elida from The Roof Masters calls and tells me they cannot make the appointment in the morning and want to reschedule for the same time as my new Dr. Appt. This is a very strong indicator to us that they do not value our time. Better to find out now before hiring them to do any work!

I would highly recommend ‘The Roof Masters’ because of their professionalism, workmanship, knowledge and price. Jhonny gave us several options to complete the roof along with their outstanding price and 20 year warranty. He provided us a brochure to select the tile. I was very impressed with his urgency to get the job started with two weeks to prevent further leaks. Other contractor estimated 8 weeks. I was also very very impressed with his job foreman, Carrillo. Carrillo is very professional and has many years experience. Carrillo answered all my questions and kept me informed on all the details throughout the process. Carrillo started the job on time and finished way ahead of schedule. His crew was very courteous and cleaned up every day. They even went out of the way to air blow my back yard patio. Again, I would highly recommend ‘The Roof Masters’ . We are very pleased with the job Roof Masters did on our new roof. They were competitively priced with other contractors and their workmanship and accessibility was top notch. Jhonny, our project manager, was great. He answered all our questions, was always available and gave us a written estimate on the spot with no hidden fees. The work crew was excellent even painting our vents, making minor repairs and cleaning up after themselves daily. All the staff was wonderful to work with and even sent us a manufacture warranty for the new shingles. Great company to work with. Used GAF Shingles/Timberline which provides Cool Roof (decreasing temps 10 degrees) , cost was for a 2800 sq/ft home.

Very well. My husband and I are extremely satisfied... I’m so pleased that we have chosen Roof Masters to repair not only the roof of our primary residence, but also the roofs of two of our rental homes. Their project manager, Jhonny Martinez, was prompt and thorough when he assessed what was needed. He was extremely patient and personable, and took the time to explain to us the various aspects of the types of repairs for each location, and why they were so important to the protection of our investments. His no-pressure approach and genuine desire to help us make the best decisions for ourselves was instrumental in our decision to do business with Roof Masters. He included at least 10-18 photos of each roof with written comments for each project, followed up promptly with us when we had additional questions and assisted us with the online “paperwork” process. He was on site as well, keeping an eye on the progress of the repairs. Twenty “thumbs up” for Jhonny and Roof Masters! I’m delighted to recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing repairs.

They did a great job, only issue is that if you pay with credit card they add an additional $60 charge.

We were promised over and over that we would be provided with a quote or at least told they declined to quote. After a month of repeated phone calls we gave up.

They were excellent. Someone that really knows about roof's said they did a nice job. They said it was a good deal for the money. The quality was very good. They were right on time.

They did a great job! Showed up in time and finished one day ahead of time cleaned up nicely after work was complete. I thought this would be a major privacy invasion, but not at all other than guys stomping on the roof during the day. A pleasure to do business with!

Rudy's Roof Masters crew arrived exactly at the scheduled time, they first inspected the attic and then determined the repairs needed. Both fellows were extremely courteous, explained in detail the nature of the problem, took many pictures, and worked without delay. Fantastic! From start to finish, Rudy and his team did an amazing job on installing our new roof--with the low-e reflective insulation and multiple dormer vents, our home is noticeably cooler and more comfortable already. The whole process was great: I carefully selected 3 companies to invite for estimates based on high reviews, and Jhonny came to our home from The Roof Masters. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and described why a new roof made sense long-term rather than trying to spot-repair our old leaky roof. He was right--their price was fair, and we could not be happier with our new shingle roof. Our objective was to install a new roof, with materials that would make the interior home cooler in summer and warmer in winter. We are so glad we spent the extra on the low-e insulation and the extra dormer vents. I am convinced that the low-e and vents are the key. Owner Rudy is the best--you cannot ask for a better person with whom to do business. During the course of our conversations and visits during the installation, my husband and I could tell that he operates from a place of integrity and always doing the right thing for the customer. Rudy and his team did an AMAZING job on our home! We had our entire roof replaced and it looks beautiful. Not only were they quite reasonable in price but also went above and beyond to assure the final result was excellent!
