Paradise was great, highly recommend. Competitive pricing, excellent follow up, job clean up everyday, stayed on the job every day until it was completed. Nice quality work with great customer service. Found them off Angie's list because of their rating and customer reviews. I have another project coming up and will gladly use them again.

Our home is nearly 15 years old and it is time for a face lift.   As such, we figured the smartest thing we could do is find a construction company to guide us through:  prioritizing the various projects, locating the best tradesmen to do the job, finalizing the materials and design so it looks great.  
We started asking friends for referrals, reading Angies List reviews and other online referral websites.    We talked to a few construction companies and had a few meetings which left us disappointed due to poor follow though and no connection.  
Fortunately for us, one of the companies we identified was Paradise Builders. After a few conversations we knew that we found the contractor we wanted to work with.  Kurt's deep expertise, respectful approach and his ability to listen quickly won us over and we scoped out the first phase of work. 
The project included:  installing ledger stone on two inside walls, wrapping around corners and up the staircase; complete demo of the 1st floor, and installing travertine.   Additionally Kurt shared ideas and made suggestions which helped not only with the larger part of the project but also the ancillary things like the new toilet we installed and the updated counter and sink in the adjoining bathroom.  
What we like best about Paradise Builders is their follow though.  When Kurt makes a commitment, be it for information, or a written quote, or to show up to the next meeting:  he does.  Paradise Builders is reliable, ethical, and they do excellent work.

Kurt, Chase and the rest of their team at Paradise Builders provided an accurate estimate and timeline of the work to be performed.  This by itself is incredibly impressive considering that I had only a rough idea at the beginning of what I wanted to be done, and that the work would start on Thanskgiving and last through the holidays and into the new year.  I had family and complex travel times to contend with. and they we're understanding, professional and courteous the entire time.  At no point was it an issue to continue living there, they sealed off the work areas tightly and no neighbors complained.
 In terms of the work: Kurt and Chase made sure to help me think through the vision for the remodel and provided options on every aspect- from the design to the light fixtures.  In the event the options were too numerous or difficult, they would weigh in with opinions, and experience.  As the project unfolded and unforeseen issues arose, they brought them up in timely fashion, and helped solve them quickly and cost efficiently.  It is clear that they are very experienced and have seen and dealt with most issues.  In fact, I took the opportunity to bring up other small issues that the house had pending, and they helped me out with the same professionalism and effort.  When the project had finished, the house looked and felt amazing- the work was clearly high quality even to the trained eye of one of my friends who works in construction. Small touch up things were taken care of quickly and at cost.
It's important to note that this was my first time doing substantial work on my home (landscaping not included) so my experience is limited.  I was initially reluctant to start because I work long days and don't have the time to do the required due diligence to ensure I was selecting the right team that would provide fair prices and quality work.  I imagine someone with more experience would find small issues or cons,  but can't think of anything negative at all. Today, I would not hesitate to use Paradise Builders again and I'm already thinking of other ways to improve my home.

Kurt and his crew were great to work with. They are all very personable, flexible, and adapted to the many changes that came along the way. What we discovered is that when doing an "almost whole house" remodel there were many decisions that came up that we had never anticipated. We also discovered that our original concept of our design plan also changed as we progressed. Kurt and his crew were helpful in making suggestions and were flexible in working around our minor changes and adaptations to our original design ideas.

It was a great experience and we would hire Paradise again in the future. The owner was wonderful to work with, responsive and on site almost every day.

We started my process by interviewing numerous contractors then we received a referral from a neighbor of a contractor that remodeled his house.   The process of getting bids on the job was a daunting task.  I received large variances in the quotes.  We were looking for value and quality.  We met with the owner Kurt Enyedi and we liked everything we heard and then felt extra comforting when we met with others that actually used Kurt.  Kurt will provide you jobs that he has done and actual people you can visit. To sum it up Kurt goes the extra mile. Kurt has a team of truly talented folks.   His team members are very creative with the design of everything.   The concrete has been in for a year now and there are no cracks and there was tons of rebar put in.   The interior work was fantastic.   Bathrooms were done to perfection.  I just want to let all know how happy my wife and I are with the remodel of our bathroom, kitchen, flooring and exterior.  While it doesn’t seem like these are necessarily giant projects, we were trying to get lots accomplished, including new lighting, tile floors, new cabinetry, new plumbing fixtures and a new frameless shower all within our budget.  We are so happy with the entire project and I would gladly be a referral for Paradise Builders on any project. Kurt and his crew has a high degree of integrity which is something that seems challenging to find in the construction business.  The team consist of all the trades, electrician, carpenter, tile setters, plumbers, masons, they even had an AC guy to move the AC to put in a new patio – all did a great job of keeping the site clean and maintaining pride in their workmanship.  One thing of note is that Kurt is very knowledgable about code so everything was built to code which allows me to sleep at night.
