Saul came each day with a single worker. They arrived early in the morning and disrupted me as little as they could. Each night I found not only the work that they had completed but that they cleaned up as they completed each area which made it easier to live in the space while they were working. They were responsive to requests, adding baseboards and a door frame as the job progressed and negotiated fair prices for the additional work.

The quality of the work is very good, they were responsive to our pointing out areas of concern. The guys were timely, respectful and professional. A couple of details were missed, like not removing the air return vent to paint behind it, we asked them to do so and they did, but forgot to paint the grill. A few switch covers were not replaced and I can't find a couple others. That is partly my fault because Saul asked me to inspect the house before being paid and I missed these, he would have done what was necessary to finish.
I would contract with him again.

Saul did a great job of the exterior painting of our home. The quality of the work was really impressive. I had four companies come out and bid for the job, two of them came with the same bid of $2300, Saul and the other both came in a lot higher, over $3000. I got the best feel from Saul, he really seemed to know his stuff and seemed very thorough but his bid was around 40% higher than the other two vendors I was considering. I asked him if he would match that bid, he couldn't, but did come down substantially to $2600. I felt that he would be worth the extra $300 and signed him up.
Why did I go with a B overall grade? With only two of them working (one day there was only one worker), it did take a while to complete the job, 6 working days in total. The C I gave for price shouldn't be seen as a detriment, C is average after all, and his final price was around 10% higher than the two lower bids.
I would use Saul again, the quality of his work was worth the minor drawbacks. His crew was very thorough, they patched stucco and filled some of the wood that was damaged and the house looks great.

GREAT! They provided an excellent paint job on the entire house. They cleaned up after each day and when the job was finished. Also, they had us do a walk-a-round when job was complete for us to point out anything that wasn't satisfactory.. Needless to say, the house was perfect. Excellent job!
