They did a really good job but one of the windows got scratched. I just purchased the windows months before so I had to call them back. I was not very satisfied with their service. I went as far as submitting a complaint with BBB but they never contacted me again. They said they were willing to fix the window but they never responded.

I looked on Angie's list for a window cleaning company and called "Lovely Windows by the Lads" who has a excellent review. The owner returned my call and was very nice explaining they didn't travel to our area but gave me a referral to a company close to us that they respected." Fish window company" of North San Diego County did an excellent job. The owner came out and reviewed what I wanted done and gave me a very fair estimate. The scheduled day for the work to be completed they arrived on time. Very respectful of our freshly cleaned carpets and furniture. Windows, screens and tracks look great. They had me review all there work and asked if I had any questions before they left. I was so happy with the work and the general attitude of the company I have set up a regular scheduled service with them. I also referred them to our neighbor and my sister.

The amount they charged us seemed way to high, especially with the quality of their work. The one worker who came, showed up without the correct equipment and was not very customer friendly.
