The car is good and they have a good maintenance crew.

I take it about every 6 months. They will change the oil, check the tires, check the fluids and things like that. They do not charge me anything. They are not that competitive after my warranty is over but they are not bad.

It went very well. We like the customer service rep. They do really good work. We get a clean car when its done. We bought our 2 cars there and take both of them there. If we needed to we would buy another car from.

I visited during the Labor Day weekend sale and was bounce between multiple salespersons. Once I finally had a salesperson (Ray) who had an slightly longer attention span - it took him over an hour to produce a price on a vehicle. His manager...and then another manager...eventually both visited me to let me know they could not meet the price that Ray had quoted. Very disappointing and unnerving experience. My recommendation is to stick w/ email communications w/ this group and get all pricing in writing before stepping foot at the dealership. Otherwise, be prepared for a deliberate waste of your time.

Definitely improved over the years. Vehicle ready when promised. Didn't always follow thru with ordering replacement parts. Very helpful when headrest had to be replaced and color wasn't a good match. Friendly, pleasant waiting area. Not always easy to get a loaner car.

I dropped my car off and returned to pick it up. My car was ready when they said it would be. They were very nice.

The repair work was good. The time I had to wait to have the work done was atrocious. I had to go back 3 times before the work would be done. They said work would be done in 30 minutes and it ended up taking them an hour.
