Tri Cities Best Heating & Air

I called the company on a Tuesday and the installation was completed within 72 hours as promised.

PLEASE READ!!! Hands down, this company works very hard and is very competitive with all the larger companies for air conditioning and heating installation. We had FOUR different companies, and each had their specific product they wanted to sell us. Two of the four liked Carrier, but at the time, Carrier was moving to Mexico, and we opted not to support Carrier. The other company pushed another A/C & heating line, but it was a subsidiary of Carrier. So, we opted to go with Tri Cities Best, as the carry Trane, which is made in America, and the number one rated company by a consumer publication. Additionally, Daniel, who came out and looked at our home, was the ONLY one to propose two returns for the proposed system. Two returns provided better air and heat distribution, and simple physics bears that out. No one else thought of that. Furthermore, whatever questions I had, Simone, was the one to call. Her professionalism and upbeat personality made our installation very easy. There were hiccups due to the design of our home, but Tri Cities Best resolved each and every issue, in large part to Simone and Daniel. Finally, they easily beat the other companies by a significant number in terms of price. We could not be happier, and strongly recommend Tri Cities Best for anyone's air conditioning and heating needs. Why am I so supportive of Tri Cities Best? Because all the others did not try hard enough and simply blew us off and made no effort to even try and compete with Tri Cities Best. Tri Cities Best is professional, honest and loyal to their customers. I did not get paid for this review, they earned it, unlike the other companies whom we dealt with. We cannot say enough and are extremely pleased with our Trane system.

I have never been so impressed with a service. My furnace stopped working on a Tuesday morning. I called Tri Cities and had someone come that same afternoon to assess the problem. I definitely needed a new furnace. They had the one I needed in the warehouse, an appointment was made for the next day between 8 and 9 . They arrived promptly and my furnace was installed by 1 on Wednesday.The workers were extremely polite and left a spotless work area..I would definitely recommend Tri Cities to friends.

After rescheduling once, a tech. came out to provide an estimate to add air conditioning to my house. He went up into the attic to check things out, and spent a half hour at my house. He called his foreman on the phone who then threw out a verbal estimate. I asked if he could put it in writing, and gave the tech my email address. You certainly want the details of an estimate when comparing to other estimates. After a week or so I called asking them to send the estimate. It's been nearly 3 weeks and still no written estimate. I presume this means a no-bid on their part. My complaint is lack of honest communication through this process. Beware.

It was great! We called yesterday on Saturday. We have needed a new furnace for a long time but the last time we priced it, it was too much and the salesman made us feel uncomfortable for saying the price was too high - but, its been so cold with the rain that we decided we had to do it. A neighbor used Tri Cities Best and said they liked them a lot so we called them. We asked them if they could come out right away and told them if we liked their price we would want it installed the same day. They sent out their sales guy and we told him what we wanted (the same kind we had), he gave us a bid and it was lower than the one we got two years ago so we said yes. He took pictures and then his team came out pretty fast then they laid tarps down everywhere (it was raining), took out the old furnace fast, had another installer come with our new one and they really did a nice job put a metal floor for the furnace down and sound proofing - they took pictures so we had before and afters. One of the installers stood with us and made sure we knew how to use the new thermostat. Their office called a couple of hours later to make sure everything was working well. We have been so nice and warm all day and tonight and I can't believe we waited all that time but I'm really glad we did because this was really good, old-fashioned service.
