Got a call from Jose of Smart Choice Plumbing within a few minutes of finishing the job request through HomeAdvisor. They were in the area and wanted to call in and check on the problem after finishing their original job even though this would be at 6pm. Arrived on time (after calling ahead to give their ETA), both staff were using masks which was great and they took care of the problem (broken outdoor faucet) there and then. Excellent service and work and fairly priced.

Great Experience! When I first called to make an appointment I spoke to Jose and was very knowledgeable about type of issue I was going through. He was very friendly on the phone and set up an appointment time that was most convenient for me. Once they came out they were punctual experienced and friendly they provided me with a diagnosis and resolution they explained to me in detail everything that needed to be done they gave me a quote before doing any work, and we decided to move forward and start working, and we a had great experience very professional.

Although we have been making efforts to stay home and avoid people coming during these harsh times, this was a big plumbing emergency for us. We found Smart Choice Plumbing and read there reviews. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They wore shoe covers to come into our home wore gloves and had a respirator on at all times. Every time they walked out they removed shoe covers. They were very clean with there work and set tarps on floor. When they finished work they sanitized the work area with disinfectant and sprayed disinfectant also. We were very pleased with there work and I will refer to any family and friends.

I called and Jose was here within 1-1/2 hours put on little booties on his shoes was very polite and knowledgeable, it took him about an hour to fix 2 toilets and unplug my shower. Jose was great he put down mattes to keep the floor clean. He did a walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I will recommend him to my friends and family and call him back when and if I need a plumber again.
